I opted out of the subscriptions, they deactivate all your images too so you dont make any new sales.
Funny thing is I still make the same amount of sales ie 2-3 a day obviously from people who had previously used my work.
Very sad state of affairs.
Support were very helpful and did say they were going to try and ensure original contributors would get a fair crack of the whip. I wasn't going to hold my breath though....they can reactivate at any time if you so desire....
Unlimited downloads for 12.95? Ten years of my work for $6.49? No thanks.

Very sad.
Had a good run but now down to about 5-10% of what I used to earn on there.
Not worth uploading to any longer.

They've gone from best to worst earner in 6 months for me.
* shame as for a long while they seemed like they cared a bit about contributors.

I had it too.
Go to your account, contributor account page, you should see "tax information" on the left, click on this.
Scroll down to "tax information" and there should be an "Update" link.
Fill in the W8 form where highlighted.

Hey thanks Uncle Pete, it seems to have been the "All detected trackers" part that was messing it up.
It didn't used to do that, bit annoying really.
Feel like a numb-nut!
Now its not accepting my vectors, either in zip or plain AI format. Sigh. Its accepted my previous 10,000.
I give up i really do lol

Yep, thats the page. Tried everything i can think of for two days and its driving me nuts.
I could upload to Fotolia site instead but I was trying to get used to using the Adobe site...!

Just updated to 63.03, enabled pop ups, removed addons. Still the same. How very strange!

For two days the links on the Upload page don't work for me.
I click "Browse" for files and nothing happens.
The ftp "Learn More" is the same, nothing happens...
Anyone else getting this?
Using Firefox 62.03.
Can't find a support button anywhere, really miss the old Fotolia site...

I hope Matt reads this as he seems to get stuff done.
I just found my images on Pixers.US and they are displayed at hi-res with no watermark.
Pixers is an affiliate of Fotolia.
Is there no way to make them protect our property with some kind of watermark?
Do we just have to watch these batsards give our work away for free?

Ever since I hit Emerald a few years back my income has decreased. A couple of the smaller sites compete for equal monthly takings..
At one time Fotolia used to supply me with a four figure monthly income in UK Pounds. Now.....200 if i'm lucky.
Sucks, it really does.

A few years back I lived solely on income from microstock, lived in UK and an expensive part too. Supported me and my wife.
Now I live in North Africa and still survive on microstock.
In a few years I guess I will be living in the Antarctic.

Sounds interesting but you need to inform people of the competitive commission rates you intend to pay them. No-one is going to sign up till they know this useful little fact.
Competitive could be from your perspective and its 2 cents a shot.

Terrible sales, but then Shutterstock has been falling like a stone for me even though i upload regularly with over 7000 images.
No zero sales days but pretty close sometimes.
