Yes. You can upload to SS. I load of 17 agencies.

To overcome problems of slow connection Use a couple of months connections and services to iCloud.
It reduces load times to about 2 seconds per photo.
The cost is quite negligible, about $ 4 per month.

I do not know if you use software for a first check, but if they use it must be software that does not use EXIF information. I export the photos from LR without sending them information of camera it information camera raw.

I know it has been a long time since you heard from us and we are apologize for the long gap of silence. We have been busy making improvements to GL which includes making the site responsive for mobile use, design upgrades and improvements to the backend as well.

We will be rolling out the new site within the next two weeks and then soon thereafter we will begin to accept submissions. Yay!
