@morfon
I woudn`t say it rocks, despite military action is in the news constantly
There is demand, but they are not bestsellers, definitely
I need a new niche, perhaps even new field

Like that one, for example  :)

 Hi there  :)
My models are reenactors, airsoft players and/or military servicemen, depends on certain shoot
The images are processed using common PS tools mostly, but some of them, unique, need more scrupulous work, and in those cases I hire designer or artist

Trevillion refused me ;D
They said tmy submission is not quite right for their Library at this time
Anybody worked with Cavan on exclusive basis?

5
Great photos :o. Good luck. Don't try Dreamstime exclusive.

RM-exclusive boutique agencies. Potentially high royalties on low volume sales.

Some of your above examples would well as book covers (assuming they're model released), imo.

I've had some sales with Arcangel and they've been interesting although have taken ages. Trevillion seems similar but more lifestyle orientated.

thanks bro :)

I would recommend Trevillion and/or Arcangel

Why them?

Military and police, some post-apocalyptic images

Hi all
Is there a best site for exclusive images (not for exclusive photographers), now, in 2019?
I have a couple hundreds of images which I`d like to sell exclusive. Not similar to other ones frome the same series, but really exclusive
Does it all worth it?
I am thinking about Alamy, is it right choice?
Or perhaps should I consider Fotolia? Or some RM agencies?
Thanks

General Stock Discussion / Re: EyeEm
« on: November 11, 2016, 07:51 »
I read that they approach people when Getty sees what they like on Flickr.

That information might be a few years old when Getty had a partnership with Flickr but that program ended three years ago or so.

are you sure? flickr provides such option still

Newbie Discussion / Re: Generic Model/Property Releases?
« on: September 02, 2016, 14:10 »
I use own release samples, compiled by myself, on the basis of several examples from different agencies. Since they have all the information needed about the model - fullname, address, phone number etc, information about the shooting time and location, description of shooting, and the widest extent of rights is transferred, no one finds fault with the form
Even Istock  :)

Newbie Discussion / STALKER series
« on: October 14, 2015, 15:10 »
Hi all!
I need an advice, please
I intend to upload a batch of shots dedicated to characters of computer game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
My models are the fans of the game and cosplaying characters - soldiers, monsters, survivalists, etc

Copyright on game and its designation belongs to GSC Game world company
Unfortunately, I do not know exactly whether patented images of characters or not

Here are the characters of the game

1) Guy in Seva suit (Dolg grouping)

on my photo , he looks like this:

2) Guy in Zarya suit

or

on my photo , he looks like this:

4) Scientist and guard in SSP suit

on my photo , they looks like this:

5) Mercenary

on my photo, he looks like this:

The case is very simple
How exactly should i retouch the photos to avoid rejection on microstock agencies and - equally important - avoid accusment on copyright infringement?? and whether is it worth to upload such pics?

Will there be enough if I remove ALL logos, patches, etc.
or should I change the color of the costumes, to distort them, do something else?
Thanks!
