Has anybody joined the partner program? Does it pay? At all?

Pond5 are losing market share at an alarming rate.
Out of interest, who are they losing the market share to?

Adobe Stock / Fotolia FTP (video) problem
« on: June 14, 2016, 11:15 »
I uploaded video files via FTP for a few days. The first 30 or so showed up and I indexed them (thus proving that my video files are valid, correctly formatted etc).

Since then a further 25GB or so of videos have been uploaded (they seem to get to the FTP server just fine) but they haven't appeared in the indexing section of my account (or anywhere else).

This was 8 days ago and Fotolia support have not responded to my messages.

So basically video FTP upload/processing is broken (for me and probably others).

I just wanted to check if anyone else got this email? Alongside video I also sell some original sound effects on Pond5. A few months ago I went through their retroactive ID upload verification hoops and it was fine. Today I get an email asking me to email(!) them a copy of my passport again, specifically to verify my identity as a creator of sound effects(?).
Seems weird so I thought I'd ask around.

General Stock Discussion / Re: Dreamstime are refusing to pay me
« on: November 13, 2015, 18:35 »
I always read the TOS, and I was fully aware that their usual payment limit is $100. I just assumed that they might have the decency to pay me what I'd earned when I decided to leave. Apparently not. So be warned.

General Stock Discussion / Dreamstime are refusing to pay me
« on: November 13, 2015, 14:16 »
I recently decided to deactivate everything I had on Dreamstime (poor performance, low rates). I asked them by email to pay out the remainder of my account (about $65). They told me that they wont pay my royalties unless there is $100 in the account (this is in their T&Cs). I explained that I had deactivated all my files, and asked how they expected the amount to increase when I was no longer selling files. I was told to join their affiliate program (!)

Is there any recourse I can now take? If not, let this be a warning to others.
You have to wonder how much of our money they pocket this way.
