Yes, they have changed the order of popularity, it's better for me. I've another question. I have a lot of picture waiting for review since Friday. It's a long time for SS. Am I the only one that is waiting?

Hi Tempus, I know that 123Rf is a very good site and I want to build my portfolio there. So you tell me that in other periods they are faster? I don't want be boring and write them an e-mail when I submit some images so I prefer wait until it's a better period for them because really, after 10 days, I don't know if it's a normal time or if my images are forgotten (bacause one of my friend tells me that sometimes they forget to do the review, so I'm worried...and nervous...and I don't like to be in this way it's not my personality). Now I wait a week for another upload but, how can I know if it's a good period or not? I'll try with fingers cross

p.s. I wrote a mail and I had the review It's a little bit strange but thanks a lot 9
123RF / Re: Review Times« on: July 03, 2011, 13:34 »
I was only a little bit worried because I didn't know if it was normal or not. If you tell me that is normal, ok. Thank a lot eggshell for your nice sarcasm, very helpfull an very easy to do when you use a nickname , nothing to do today? Please, do yourself a favor, don't reply
@ Mantis, ok, thank you very much. 10

How can I upload other works if I'm not sure if my images are only waiting the review or have been forgotten
I think that is better delete everything and put all my work on Canstock where the reviewers are very fast (I'm angry , 13 days are a too long time!) p.s. My nick there is Shamain, I prefer that my works are refused but don't wait 13 days. 12
General - Top Sites / Re: What's your opinion on the fact that reviewers are also contributors?« on: June 26, 2011, 05:22 »
Are you sure that inspector are also contributors? On SS too? I don't like this idea, I think that it's not serious because there's a big conflict of interest. Who are the inspectors on Fotolia? I find them not so enlightened in their choices....

Oh, thanks a lot , I'll come soon on Canstock. You're so nice that I can't decline the test

Veer / Re: Review time« on: June 24, 2011, 10:09 »My last review took exactly one month. I have about same sales as on Canstock. Maybe it's better think about Canstock if they are faster...can I ask you how many images you have in your portfolio on Canstock and on Veer? I have only 680 images on Shutterstock (illustrations, Shutterstock is the only place where I upload regularly and the only place that I like totally...except for the property model relase that I submit for every hand drawn illustration ), maybe I have too little images to sell on Canstock or on Veer... 15
Veer / Re: Review time« on: June 24, 2011, 09:58 »
My dear friend is waiting since 1 june , terrible. I hope that then they are a little bit faster...I don't like to know that my picture will be online...soon or later I hope to know if and when.
I like the site, I didn't know about this time for the review and now I don't know what I'll do in the future but...what about sales? Is it worth it? 16
Veer / Review time« on: June 24, 2011, 07:59 »
Is it possible? 10 days and still wait for my first 10 images....if the time is always so long I don't know how is possible stay on Veer. How many time to have a big portfolio if they are so slow???

I have seen all the images. Well the first one is incredible, the others aren't the kind of illustration that I like but they are good...of course (politicaly correct, I hope )

I thought to do a face with floral and fruit too, like Arcimboldo picture. Now I finish this christmas illustration (so banal...) and then I start

Simply, doing a normal search, I didn't find them first
Wow, The first one is wonderful...(I haven't seen the others yet), this is a great inspiration for me. Finally Thanks a lot for this search. 20

Maybe, it's because I don't speak english well
I didn't wanted discredit other people work but do a general consideration about Is policy about some kinds of illustrations, like raster (that aren't accepted on Is...and this is really difficult to understand for me...) or eps8 that I think is an obsolete format for vectors Excuse me if I don't speak always well 21

On this forum there aren't so many illustrators. Can we try to get along enen if we don't have the same opinion?
A virtual handshake? 23
Illustration - General / Re: which sites take eps 10 files?« on: June 14, 2011, 15:50 »
I don't tell they aren't good I only tell that aren't so incredible. There are some wonderful artist for vectors and 3D works but there aren't raster a lot. IS isn't interested in raster illustrations. My favourite vectors are on Is, Shutterstock and other agencies too
This is the kind of work that I love: http://italiano.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-6014618-branch-of-orchids.php?st=9a66b52 http://www.shutterstock.com/gallery-352063p1.html#id=70797664 I do only few vectors, I do raster and I don't think I'm better than someone else. I hate who think so. Only I try to make better and better and when I look for an ispiration I don't look on IS. That's all. If you want to feel better, this is one of my vectors: http://www.shutterstock.com/cat.mhtml?gallery_id=685879#id=77392153 But really I don't understand why it's a problem if I have a different opinion from you 24

Illustration - General / Re: which sites take eps 10 files?« on: June 14, 2011, 13:19 »IStock used to be the place for great illustration, many of the best guys were exclusive there. I guess falling behind has a lot to do with not taking eps8 (?) It's a joke , very nice. So great that they are invisible. |
