Well, have had another email from support and my problem had been Id had a word with an apostrophe in the metadata (Cote DIvoire). Ive uploaded again without so well see if that works. But having supplied them with the file numbers back in 18th May and having had to contact them twice again since, Id have thought they could have told me that earlier.

Yes, it's been a problem for some time now and, as usual, they seem largely uninterested in what is probably
a simple fix.

Oh yes - had read about that. Lucky we have highly skilled tech talent focusing on the editorial platform

For some time now I have been unable to submit editorial images. Even though I have ticked the editorial box and selected editorial as a category, they are rejected saying I should tick the editorial box and select editorial category. Its driving me mad! Over a month ago I emailed them and got the reply that it has been reported to their tech team who are reviewing the matter. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone found a way around it?

Just found one of my images for sale as a poster for $29.95 on this website https://printmeposter.com/search/christian/1/poster_photo_143389163.html
Is this genuine? How do I know if they've bought the correct licence?

Edit: Apparently they are a partner of Bigstock so all okay.
I thought it might be but how did you find out?
There's a huge BIGSTOCK watermark on the previews.
I emailed them.
