Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe Stock Free Collection: Video Nominations
« on: October 11, 2022, 12:46 »
Hi all,
We apologize. The email many of you received was sent to the wrong recipient list. You received it if you had vector and illustration files which you had a chance to opt in in August. We'll send out a retraction and an apology.
If you have eligible videos, check out your dashboard in the contributor portal and nominate as many as you'd like. Note, we only selected ones which has 0 sales in the last 12 months. Also, if you chose to renew them for the free collection next year, you'll be paid again.

Artist, codes are valid for 12 months. You can redeem it until Feb 1, 2022.

4
Alijaber, read the FAQ: Selling or gifting the code is not permitted.

Hi PZF,

You can contact the contributor support team by sending an email to [email protected]. We can retrieve your original account, and when you log into the portal the next time you'll be asked to sync with your Fotolia account. That step will then bring back all your assets and history. The payout currency can't be changed, so this will remain in Euros.

Regarding the loss of your free Photography plan, please send me an email at kiharris at adobe.com and I'll try to get you a replacement for the remainder of your free plan.

Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe Stock Creative Cloud Bonus Program
« on: November 01, 2019, 13:34 »
I received an email for the Creative Cloud Photography bonus saying it is good for 12 months (Thank you!!). My email doesn't actually have a code, it has a "redeem now" button. I assume this is normal?
(I won't click on the button yet, because I don't need to use the code yet...already subscribed this year).

When you click on Redeem Now, it takes you to the redemption page redeem.adobe.com and auto-populates your code. If you have the exact same Creative Cloud Photography subscription as you received via the bonus, you can redeem the code now, it will push out your next billing by 12 months. Also if you received a Photography plan bonus code for 2018 which is still active and you got another one in 2019, you can also redeem it now, these are stackable.
But if you have a different plan, such as a Creative Cloud All Apps plan and you redeem the Photography plan - both plans would run in parallel, which doesn't make sense. In this case it's better to wait with the redemption until your paid plan ends or comes up for renewal. Adobe Stock / Re: Keywords Changed
« on: September 04, 2019, 18:55 »
Hi,

Did you select multiple images at once to add the same set of keywords to all of them? Images without existing IPTC data will have auto keywords assigned. If you multi-select several images and add your own keywords, you may be unaware that they already have auto-keywords assigned because your view only shows you the keywords you added. If you select files individually you see the auto keywords.
You need to erase all auto keywords as the first step when you multi-select images to add your own keywords. Could you also share the support ticket number, so I can look into your case please.

Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe Terms
« on: April 03, 2019, 08:29 »
Hi all,

New contributors who sign up on the Adobe Stock contributor portal accept the Contributor Terms of Use and we noticed that it wasn't the most recent version which is accessible on adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html.
This was fixed, so both locations now have the current version of the terms of use. As a result, also all existing contributors had to accept the terms of use dated June 2018 upon login to the portal.

Hi all,

Unfortunately the Adobe Stock contributor portal is down right now. We are working on it and will post an update when it is back up. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi Mat.
I already have a recently renewed full cc cloud subscription, 1 year.
As I would qualify through video sales volume would it be possible to replace my active subscription with the giveaway?
Thank you.

Please see the info in the FAQ https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/creative-cloud-giveaway-FAQ.html:
If you have the exact same plan as the one you are awarded and you redeem the code using the same Adobe ID, billing is suspended for 12 months if you have an annual plan that is billed monthly.

Adobe Stock / Re: How to login to my fotolia account?
« on: June 28, 2018, 15:40 »
On Adobe Stock, you need to use your Adobe ID and password to log in. If you don't have one yet, it's simple to create one. Your Adobe ID is your email address, and you can set the pw to whatever you want.
If your email address matches your Fotolia email address your account is synced automatically. If not, you are prompted to sync your account. You then need to enter your Fotolia user name and password - these are Fotolia specific. If you forgot your Fotolia pw, go to the Fotolia website and choose the "Forgot password" link. See niktol's instruction to click on the "return to Fotolia legacy site" if you see the Adobe Stock interface on Fotolia's website.
