got reply from them : "apologies - please allow another 48 hours"

still waiting for the payment

Hi,

On June 12, 2018 I changed my paypal email address on my vectorstock account, then on June 13, 2018, I have requested payment for my earnings $ 405, but to this day I have not received payment, I have sent an email regarding this issue, but until now they have not given a reply, actually how long do I have to wait for the payment to arrive? For the record: I have several times requested my earnings payment, and usually I have received payment within 5 business days only, whether because I have changed my paypal email address  so they need more time for validation?have any of you ever experienced anything like this? please to share the info, i am totally confused on this issue
