I'm considering using AI-generated images as a reference for colors and composition, and then redrawing them using Adobe Illustrator with additional elements. Will upload it as Vector illustration. Do I still need to show that it is AI generated? Thanks
Someone asked Matt a the question "if the AI generated image is used as a sketch and heavily processed after, must we always write made with generative AI?" and the answer was yes.
Though, it's not like Adobe really has a way to know that you used an AI or even care, seeing as how many obvious AI images that are not labaled as AI are their database.....
Mat, We need a clear answer.

This is my last post because here all of posts are to unclear.
Simply DEPOSITPHOTOS (DP) has made 3 faults:
1. doesnt pay contributors works earnings (70 or 100%)
2. Violates the law on personal sensitive data
3. Tax scam in USA
For my lawyer all replies here are useful to know DP comportments and how DP is trying to deflect its faults to the public.

Submit passport online means storing my personal sensitive data.
My identity has already been identified. ONLY DEPOSITPHOTOS asks for passport, never SSTK and ADOBE do it. This is the difference between clean and dirty companies.

How has your identity been identified? By filling out a tax form? That's not an identification. The point of your passport is literally to identify yourself.
And yes, of course Shutterstock and Adobe also ask for ID:

You should know with my w8 form I already identified myself. Depositphotos dont have to ask me again my passport.
Based on European law, I will sue depositphotos in France taking in charge by French judge according the French law 78-17.
Thats why as my lawyer said, all big stock agencies dont dare ask copy of passport.
FYI even in Germanys hotel they can not copy guests passports.

Yes, of course I am working for Depositphotos. 
Btw, I am from Germany and here hotels DO ask for passports to identify yourself. Copyin is another issue, but that's not what we are talking about. Wanting to see your passport and copying and storing that information are two different things. There are laws against Depoitphotos processing your passport information in a certrain way. There is no law against them asking to see the passport for identification and unless you can show them your passport in person, sending it online is the only way.
But good luck with your lawsuit.

EyeEm told us Getty had technical problem. But we all know it's wrong, we already received Getty's earnings this month. It's more like EyeEm stole our money this month. I have an idea. Is everybody can report this app scams on Google play and Apple store? The point is to let this company down to make justice in Stockphoto Industry.

Thanks for all replies. Now I have time to explain in details my experience.
About one month ago, DP asked me to fill tax form. I completed it the same way like other agencies . After few days, they rejected it without explanation in asking me to contact them.
I did it and they told me to complete with the correct number. After I've checked my number was correct I resubmitted. Few days after, they rejected again.
I asked them why? They want to check my ID card. I submitted it. And nothing happened, still in review during 1 week. Asked them why so slow, they told it will take 10 - 14 days.
14 days after, they rejected again.
So I contact them to understand why again!
They ask me for 13 digits France number.
I've found which number it was : France login-id number to pay tax online.
I completed with this number and as DP asked me I've checked "I don't have SSN or ITIN" ( but I have ITIN, and every stock agencies accepted it)
After that, they rejected once again my tax form. Asked why and reply because I haven't type with CAPITAL Letters the name of my state. I modified it, resubmitted and told me they need to double checked my form. Now it's still in review and I can't request my money until now.
I've more than 35000 photos on Depositphotos and I was faithful to them.
The point is they are dishonest in deliberately take times to review, reject my form. During more than 1 month, they rejected my tax form and took me 30%. I've asked them to refund me 4 times, and they ignored me.
If they want to make a durable business, they need to know they are nothing without credibility.
Hope Depositphotos will do something positive for stock industry.

Depositphotos may be scum, but the tax form issue should be easy to fix. Probably an error on your form or a misunderstanding?
You still didn't tell us why they rejected it, or how they replied to your questions. Perhaps you could show us your tax form?

it isn't just dirty, it's illegal. just contact them

Hello there
I live in France, France and the United States reached an agreement to levy a 0% tax.
Every stock company accepted the same tax form that I submitted
Depositphotos constantly reject it? And deduct my 30% income
For more than a month, I did all the things they wanted me to do.
Has anyone encountered the same thing?
