Hi Sammyc!

Sorry about the ftp problems. Make sure your password is 10 characters or less and it should work. Please let me know if you have any more trouble.

Thanks,
-Steve

Ah. that may be the reason why then. I will change it and try it when I am back home tonight.

Thank you

StockXpert.com / Having issues connecting using FTP to Stockxpert
« on: November 08, 2007, 08:13 »
Hello.

I am trying to upload to StockXpert using FTP for the first time and I keep getting thrown back saying my password is incorrect. It's not though obviously.

Is anyone experiencing this problem?

To add to the subject;

I just opened a Jpeg that was 12.5Mb in size, and saved as a TIFF, with options set to uncompressed. The eventual file size was 26Mb.

The dimensions of this image are 2350x3822

TIA

Hi Sammy... Welcome! ;D

I like your website - did you do it yourself?
Myself and a friend set the website up, He is a webdesigner ;o)

Thank you for all the welcomes, It seems a handy place with a bit more space for some "free speech" :o)

Size (uncompressed file sizes are under 48MB or exceeds 200MB)

Hiya guys,

Can someone please help me out and explain exactly what this means? It is a requirement to a site I am going to submit to.

Does it mean it needs to be over 48mb if I save it as a TIFF ?

Sam.

TIA

heee.... heeee......

THE ANSWER is about SHIFT!

Try to look away to the left and read/ concentrate on words/instructions whilst out of the side of your eyes make it turn the other way whilst still focusing on words to left, once you have done this shift your attention back to the figure nd Voila!

Works for me  :P

Try it and let me know how you get on  ;D

Hi Sammy,

I have enjoyed many of your SS posts. I look forward to your participation here.

BTW - I loved that long exposure graveyard shot you posted a couple months back and still want to try it out myself. It was very cool!

Cheers!
Lora

Hi everyone. I'm new here.

I'm a regular on Shutterstock forums, and I'm a member of the big 6. I shoot mainly graffiti and urban photography. Most are my stock images are ones that I won't use for our website for fine art work.

The website is www.archedroof.com

Now I have shamelessly plugged my website, I hope I get on well here at the forums, I hear they are pretty good.

I own a 30d and 40d, more lenses that u can imagine, including a fun fisheye, and some funky filters for dramatic effects. I travel around the world a lot and I'm currently living in Winchester, UK.
