Yaymicro / Re: open file for a complaint against Yay micro« on: January 18, 2020, 05:46 »copied, they still sell on other sites. I tell you more: "YAY does not take responsibility if an image has been marked for deletion, and is still available for sales either on yaymicro.com or any partner site. It is the contributors responsibility to make sure the image has in fact been removed. " 4
Yaymicro / Re: Yaymicro - Legal solution ideas« on: January 17, 2020, 15:53 »
They closed my account in november of 2017. Unfortunately, I've seen my yay-port on agefotostock. Search yours by this link:
https://www.agefotostock.com/age/en/Search.aspx?providerfilter=YAY&author=<your name>%20<your surname> (you may avoid author) Is there any chance to punish them? 5
Bigstock.com / Re: Bigstock referral earnings« on: April 24, 2015, 10:16 »
Bigstoсk referral program seems to be a scam. I asked them about possibility to withdraw my referral earning on the 14th of April - no answer. Then I chatted with support on the 21, and then on the 23 of April. I was only promised that their "financial department" will contact me soon. No answer so far.
Bigstock doesn't care either about contributors or about financial liability to people who refer their contributors. Shame. 6
Symbiostock - Suggestions / Re: Feature Request List« on: March 11, 2014, 04:06 »
There is a big difference to decide on image size when I add them in lightbox and when I have a complete lightbox. I kindly ask to implement this functionality. It's not so difficult, but the usefulness is huge (trust me, I have some connections with a scientific research on usability).

Symbiostock - Suggestions / Re: Feature Request List« on: March 10, 2014, 18:34 »
Suggestions related to buyer's cart:
1. I would like to have an icon "add to cart" for any picture in a search result, as there is a button "zoom" when I do mouse hover. 2. Possibility to select a different size when a picture is in the cart. (as in fotolia) 3. When I zoom a picture, I would like to have, again, a button "add to cart", as there is a button "go to picture page". Is it possible? 9

This is inevitable for agencies that concentrate on designing site and on closing contributor accounts rather than on attracting buyers. No regret .

Indeed, in a couple of hours pictures appear.

CanStockPhoto.com / Re: Canstockphoto FTP -- First submission, problems« on: November 23, 2009, 15:05 »There must be a button like "Process FTP" or "Transfer from FTP" right in the upload area. Then I confused canstock with crestock. 12

Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 13:14 »yes, our beloved Democracy and Freedom of Speech...which only applies when you happen to agree with the corporate dictators. Well, I wouldn't take about all american organizations. I simply remained surprised reading "some people have been removed from sites [namely, Zymmetrical.com] in the past because they made comments they probably shouldn't of" I had pretty tough discussians on fotolia, for example. But I have never been accused and labelled as "abusing staff"! Porca miseria! 15
Site Related / Re: MicrostockGroup Rank - What's yours« on: November 23, 2009, 13:10 »It looks like you're in 31st place out of 442 members. Does it mean the 31st place among 100 or 1000 members as well? 16
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 13:07 »I predict this thread will go to the trash bin by the end of the day. Nothing to learn here. Forums exist not only to learn but also to reveal some dirty secrets 17
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 12:47 »some people have been removed from sites in the past because they made comments they probably shouldn't of. Famous american democracy! 18
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 12:45 »There won't be any comments on the matter, especially here. The ranting and twisted facts presented in this thread, only reinforce that the correct decision has been made. Do I twist facts? Yet another defamation. Your site is weird and crappy, this is true, and everybody knows that. What did I twist, zymmetrical? Instead of, indeed, ranting here regarding your "abuse" resentments, you'd better to train your reviewers and to attract buyers. Otherwise, take offence at yourselfs. Continue like that and you failing agency will join LuckyOliver, you follow right the same way. 19
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 03:27 »did you write them in disagreement with a rejection or something? Yes. The rejection was related also to a bug in their system. Seems that they are unable to manage this bug so they just disactivated my account in compensation. Kindergarten for sure. 20
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Forced account termination« on: November 23, 2009, 03:25 »If the support staff feels abused, I doubt they will engage you here. Why would they? More abuse? Kindergarten. Even worse: I did not abuse them. So this is a defamation. 21
Zymmetrical.com / Forced account termination« on: November 22, 2009, 16:53 »
"Your Zymmetrical account has been disabled and content put offline for the following reason(s):
- abuse of support staff" May I know exactly how I abused support staff, please? I ask here since my question to the abused support staff remained unanswered so far. 22
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Zymm rejections« on: November 20, 2009, 08:17 »
351151 is refused with "We cannot accept images of people without model releases"
Of course, because crappy flash-interface is full of bugs, because the release was in fact attached. Resubmit, now # 351356 is refused with "This image is a duplicate of an image you have already submitted. Please do not resubmit it again" Is this is a joke? Either give me a valid rejection reason or accept my image, zymmetrical. And don't ask me for respect towards your agency and stuff. 24
Dreamstime.com / Re: Hell of rejections on "well covered..." blah« on: May 27, 2009, 09:22 »
Just abnormal rejections. Plus abnormally low sales.
That's not a good approach I've heard many claims from various microstocker to give up with this stock. Now, I believe that this might be the case. 25
Zymmetrical.com / Re: Zymm rejections« on: April 21, 2009, 04:06 »
Oh, God. I can't stand these rejections of my bestsellers.
Hey, Zymm-people, I will reveal a big secret for you right now: in Calabria (Southern Italy), there will be started soon the construction of the longest bridge in the world, bridge over the strait of Messina. Now, you reject all my pictures from that region, so you must be not very intelligent. SS and IS will gain more profit. Hren s vami |
