Yes, me too. The "Copy to Clipboard" button does not work. But with the right mouse button however you can copy-paste though.

After uploading a single photo file through Chrome or Firefox, it has disappeared totally and editing is impossible since Sunday, May 21st. I have reported it to Bigstockphoto via the website but have not received a reply yet .....

I received a reply from Bigstock. They wrote, among other things, 'Others had luck signing out, restarting, and signing back in. That seemed to correct the issue for some contributors. ' And that worked for me too. So the problem has been solved for me.

Processing web uploaded images 123RF fails for some hours already (from the Netherlands). Am I the only one?

No, still nothing....

Wish: Maybe it's possible to not have to be forced every time to chose for the country (the Netherlands in my case) but the last country used to keep as the default choice.

How long will the review process take?

Your images should be approved within 3 working days after submission on an average basis. Kindly note that it might take up to 5 working days during peak seasons. Please check your pending images folder and make sure that your images have their proper Description and Keywords. We will not review images without a description and/or keywords. If your images which are complete still continue to remain pending after 3 working days, please send us an email: [email protected] and we'll check your account.

The last year more than 95% of my photos was accepted and I have not noticed this has changed.
But 198 pictures of me are now still waiting for review by 123RF. The oldest photos of them are from September 15, which is more than five weeks ago now. It's a shame that a stock photo agency handles their contributors in this way.
I often sent an email message but the answer is always the same and no measures are taken to improve the handling.

I'm very disappointed in such an oversimplified negative message; up to now I only received encouragement as "People love this image" and "Send more like this". I'm really not aware of any spam in the title or descriptions of the approximately fully approved (!) 4,000 photos in my portfolio. Meanwhile, I wrote that back to Shutterstock and I asked for clarification and a list of the offending photographs.

Apparently some of us are changing titles retrospectively with spam words. ('Editing them in this manner after your content has been published is not allowed'). If that is the problem, why Shutterstock does not block the editing of the titles by the submitters at all? That must be  readily possible.

I also have a solution for the current issue:
-Remove all images with spammed titles and send a message to every submitter with a complete list of the deleted images;
-Block the afterwards editing of the titles, descriptions and keywords;
-Let each submitter optionally submit the deleted pictures again and let the reviewers also accurately look at the titles and descriptions.

Yesterday I received a reply to my message to 123RF. There was an unexpected large upload of photos.

Today all my photographs were reviewed (only 1 rejection).

Yesterday morning I sent a message and I received no response till now.

But in the meanwhile the pictures of 4 and December 6 are already reviewed!

Now 83 photos are still waiting for the review (oldest starting December 7).....
