Received recently a message from author on IS that my image was used in this book. I went ahead and bought it (color edition) - and was really surprised. Each page of this book (> 150 pages) has at least one photo from IS (with proper attributing). Several by Sjlocke, at least couple by Lisafx.

Looks like Sonia made a point by sending messages to authors, so perhaps this is not news for most of you, but I could not stop myself sharing this.

Perhaps if more people stop uploading they will start to listen?

After checking IS licenses, looks like  book usage of the picture does not require extended license if book has less than 500K copies (probably majority of books)

Is there any way to find out amount of copies printed?

I've sent email, and received reply that "We had look into your account and reevaluate your images"

I cannot see any changes (though I could miss if they reverted only one) in batch that I asked to look at - looks like they agree with original evaluation. And  - 80% of a new batch rejected again.

It seems I am not good enough for 123. Sad.

I like 123. They are better for me than FT too. But with such rejection rate it does not worth to upload.

Thanks! Perhaps if you change the dashboard title from "Download" to "Downloaded" or something else it would be easier to find it?

I guess some people will always find the dark side, especially when they are selling files, but now the complaint is which files?  

I believe you did not understand. I'd never complain about selling old file, but I cannot be happy with selling one old instead of several new

Looks like they are trying to close any possibility to find out what was sold and when. "Either trust us, or go away"

I am going to do latter if they do not fix this soon.

Unfortunately I don't have Lightroom

Lightroom beta is free at this moment (and at least for couple more months. If they do not finalize on current version - next beta will increase free period even more)

Perhaps it is not only best match, but something more "global". E.g. this is the first time I am waiting for scout reply for several weeks
