Even with just one AI-generated pixel,do I still have to label the content as AI?
don't underestimate single pixels --after all, the sophons are omniscient proton-sized nanobots
the 3-body problem!:D ok you've definitely already seen fallout! I just recently saw that the 5th season of StarTrek Discovery is out, later I'll start the free trial via Amazon Prime, since i have already used the free trial in Paramount!
anyway yes,I wondered if something had changed since Mat's last livestream, however it would be interesting if we could have a checkbox for content where we can declare that the subject is real, because it's a shame to have to label content as AI if only an abstract background is added for example, who knows maybe in the future!
Here is the official policy per our learn and support page on generative AI about when to tag as AI and when it is not necessary.
Does the use of Generative Fill and Generative Expand in Photoshop and Generative Recolor in Illustrator require labelling an image as generative AI?
Label your image as generative AI when the use of generative AI tools in Photoshop or Illustrator changed, augmented, or added a new primary subject of an image.
Examples when to label your image as generative AI:
Generating new additions, such as a new person, animal, or object Adding new subjects might compromise the accuracy of an image Making significant adjustments or changes to a human subject in an image Recoloring the primary subject of an image
Examples when you wouldnt be obligated to label an image as generative AI:
Extending background for any reason Removing IP or other forms of retouching Removing distracting objects or people Recoloring the background of an image
Removing noise in video using the Topaz Video Enhance AI program - what is it? Flag a video as created using artificial intelligence?

HIGHER EDUCATION How antiwar student protests are spreading across U.S. universitieshttps://www.washingtonpost.com/education/2024/04/23/map-student-protests-arrests-universities-us/_______ This is the result of the policies of Biden and the US Democrats. History repeats itself. This happened before during the Vietnam War; as a result of such protests, the United States lost the war. Now everything is heading towards the fact that the United States will lose the war in the Middle East. Only Republicans and Trump can save democracy.

Biden admin isnt fully convinced Ukraine can win, even with new aid https://www.politico.com/news/2024/04/24/biden-ukraine-russia-war-aid-00154143
+100 This is all the result of the cowardly policies of the US Democrats (friends of the Russians). Without 150-200 F16 and 800-1500 long-range missiles, there is no point in talking about a counter-offensive. The cowardly Democrats gave the Russians the opportunity to build serious lines of defense. Ukraine also needs tanks and shells. All this is not available for help from the United States and long-range missiles are in question, as well as where they can be fired. Biden is doing everything to ensure that the Russians continue the genocide of the Ukrainian people. Biden's place in the electric chair.

social media influence ...
Reasons for protests against Israel in the USA: 1. Democrats are in power and many University professors at prestigious universities are Democrats. University professors tell students lies. 2. Open door policy, Democrats have not stopped the flow of illegal migrants into the United States. The more illegal immigrants there are, the more enemies of democracy infiltrate the United States.

However, I don't know whether there were any arrangements regarding disputed regions such as Donbass, Luhansk or Crimea.
This is all the legal territory of Ukraine, which is occupied by Russian orcs. If US Democrats do not allow Ukraine to shoot even on its territory, then these missiles are not needed at all. There will be nothing to shoot at with them. Long-range missiles also require long-range targets. But any kind of meanness can be expected from these cowardly democrats. For example, the requirement not to shoot at oil refineries. But Ukraine still continues to shoot and tell the democrats to go to hell.

Zero, or anyone else from the USA. Can someone please explain and categorize how and why these anti-Israel protests at American universities come about?
And please no opinion from the misprogrammed pro-Russian chatbot.
I've been following it.
It appears to be misguided Gen Z college students fueled by social media, and without real historical understanding of the Middle East situation, which has taken on a life of its own.
It doesn't appear to be either right-wing or left-wing biased - because they are angry at Biden too for not doing enough to stop Israel - but rather a generational thing. Anti-war protests, so to speak. But very misguided, and definitely fueled by all the lies on social media.
It will be a good thing when China's ownership of TikTok is banned in the USA. As its now part of this latest foreign aid bill going through. All these internet influences from Russia, China and Iran are often a direct attack to destabilize democratic countries. In this case, they start with the most vulnerable - the younger generations.
Let me clarify that many University professors at prestigious US universities support Hamas. I'm sure they are Democrats.

If such missiles had been supplied, Crimean Bridge would have already been destroyed.
According to the article, the missiles have been delivered earlier this month. So they may not yet have been deployed to the front.
Have you looked at the calendar for a long time? The necessary weapons reach the front in a maximum of 3 days. But I wont argue, all of Ukraine has been hoping and waiting for 2 years.

This is the first time I've heard that jpg can be converted to RAW and made corrections without loss of quality. The same goes for video. Moreover, it is faster for the buyer to download a video in mp4 format and convert it to prores than to download a 3-4 GB video in the prores codec.

The USA have delivered long range Atacms missiles earlier this month to the Ukraine on direct order of President Biden. For security reasons this has been kept secret until now.
Also Biden announced a large package of military aid with anti aircraft defence, artillery and missiles after the congress has cleared the funding for that. The preparations for that will begin "within the next hours".

All this is at the level of rumors and gossip. Even if long-range missiles were supplied, then in what quantity? One piece, two pieces, three? If such missiles had been supplied, Crimean Bridge would have already been destroyed. Let me remind you that half of this bridge is located within the territorial borders of Ukraine in accordance with all norms of international law. This bridge is standing and working, which means no missiles were delivered. Also, I have not heard of Ukraine launching strikes at ranges that it cannot reach with medium-range missiles. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimean_BridgeConfirmation that US Democrats will supply these missiles to Ukraine will be the destruction of this bridge. If there is no destruction, then there is no supply. Everything is very simple, like 2+2=4.

Rehashing old news from May 22, when Biden was already considered by smart Ukrainians that guy in the middle. https://twitter.com/EugenPinak/status/1524455866790993923
"Ukrainian war humor. Biden signing Lend-Lease Law with Zaporizhian Cossacks from the famous painting by Ilya Repin 'Cossacks write a letter to the Turkish sultan'."And that coward Biden (and friend of the Russians) supplied zero weapons to Ukraine under the Lend-Lease Law. I dont think that smart Ukrainians were happy about this event, just as many now know that Biden is working for the Russians. Personally, I have exactly zero confidence in Biden and the Democrats. Ukraine, of course, is not against the supply of any weapons, but if we talk about trust, then many smart Ukrainians do not have trust in US democrats.

The US Embassy showed Biden in the form of a Ukrainian Cossack writing a letter to the Sultan. The United States Embassy illustrated the agreement on the act of additional support for Ukraine with a version of a painting by Ukrainian artist Ilya Repin, in which Joe Biden is shown as a clerk among the Cossacks writing to the Sultan in response to his ultimatum. On this occasion, the US Embassy published a remake of the famous painting Cossacks write a letter to the Turkish Sultan, in which the American President is present among the Ukrainian Cossacks - it is he who endorses with his signature the response of the Sultan Vladimir Putin to Russian ultimatums and encroachments on Ukrainian territories. Reference: The plot of the painting Cossacks writing a letter to the Turkish Sultan was the famous Letter of the Cossacks to the Turkish Sultan, written in 1676 as a response of the Zaporizhzhia Cossacks to the demand of the Ottoman Sultan Megmed IV to surrender.

"In briefings to Congress in recent weeks, administration officials have indicated that the US will likely send Ukraine long-range ATACMS, or Army Tactical Missile Systems, for the first time as part of the new aid package, three of the sources said. Last fall the US first sent Ukraine the midrange variant of the ATACMS missile system, which can reach about 100 miles, while the longer-range version can reach as far as 190 miles." https://edition.cnn.com/2024/04/23/politics/us-ukraine-military-aid-package/index.html___ Let's see, let's look at these Democrats and the coward Biden.

so you only need everything and thats all?!
To defeat russia and de-occupate the territories of Ukraine, long-range missiles and F16 aircraft are needed. And this is needed not in a single quantity, but in the required quantity. Ten missiles or ten aircrafts will not change the situation much. Also, missiles and aircraft will change the nature of the war and Ukraine will not need mobilization, trench warfare and Ukrainian losses will be 10 times less. Without missiles and aircraft, the war proceeds according to the methods of the First World War, with the Russians having an advantage. The Russians have more people, more shells and more tanks. I'm not even talking about the aviation that the Russians have. Of course, Ukraine needs both tanks and shells, but missiles and aircraft are the first things that are needed and the consumption of shells will decrease by 10 times.

So what will this coward and friend of the Russians, Biden, do now on the issue of long-range missiles for Ukraine? Thanks to the Republicans, Congress voted to allow these missiles to be delivered to Ukraine. I think that this coward will chicken out and work for the Russians in these matters.
mistrust of use?!
No. Support for russia and putin. Providing Ukraine with long-range missiles in the required quantity means victory for Ukraine. The same applies to the provision of F16 in the required quantity. US Democrats and Biden are friends of russia and are against russia losing the war. US Democrats support the Russian empire and do not want its liquidation. Therefore, the entire policy of the Democrats is aimed at supporting Russians and genocide of Ukrainians.

Basically my video acceptance is 100%. Sometimes you come across slightly inadequate curators, but letters in support of the site return the video to the accepted section. This happens very rarely.

Thus, the lack of publicly available truthful information about UFOs and aliens makes this topic meaningless. If there is no information, then there is nothing to talk about. We are blind and we are controlled by those in power.
How are we different from a herd of cows or rams? We are no different !!!
