I uploaded an image on 7/31/2007: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup.php?id=3898325An extended license was sold for: $12.13 on Sunday August 26, 2007, 04:30 PM So I Googled my name, and a link came up: http://www.lightgate-imagery.com/Scenica/I never saw that site before, nor has anyone downloaded this image from any other stock site I have uploaded it too. No idea what to do... Also if you visit their homepage, this image is in the popular buys section. As well as far as I understood the agreement on IstockPhoto, extended license does not allow this... any ideas? or advice.... or similar experiences??

I tried downloading the add on for firefox, but could anyone make a widget for Mac?, Options to which sites you want to monitor and a place to login for each? That would be amazing! I can help spread the word like wildfire if there is one!! anyone??

I have the following equipment Nikon D200 50mm 1.4 Shoot everything in raw (studio - 100), outside - 200-400 ISO Tripod, remote release.. and so fourth

This is what they always send me:
In order for Shutterstock to maintain the high standard of our photography collection, new submitters must receive approval on at least seven (7) of their first ten (10) images to continue uploading. Unfortunately, while some of the images you submitted may meet our guidelines, we are unable to approve the requisite number and have temporarily disabled the uploading function on your account. This decision was based on concerns about quality, composition, lighting, or other features of your initial batch of images and we have listed the reasons below.
I know a lot of the images are not great, but I was hoping to figure out what they like so I can get in, any help?

I have tried getting on that site for a few months now. Applied well over 5 times by now.. Can someone help me pick the right photos? I was able to upload everything I have ever down to 123RF. Any kind soul willing to go through my gallery and pick out the 10 they think will help me get in? Keep your camera!
Your sport photos are 1class.
In these photos you master colour, composition, action and lighthandling.
Your models are very nice, but as some other mentioned before don't post bws.
About your nature, try to leave you wideangel at home, go harder on cutting edges and try to be different from the average nature photographers.
But please, don't quit i see a lot of knowhow in your photos and truly love some of your sportaction. Bring it on!
thank you for your kind words, will keep thinking about copy space as some have mentioned, just tough when I am only used to thinking about the model. But does anyone know if I am keywording things correctly?
