How about a plugin that gives the customer the option of registering? The benefit is that they can save their files.

We need a guest registration or a no registration option

End user Licence agreement Extended licence Video licence
I would also suggest maybe the option for a "custom" licence

I originally had this problem too. I remember that Leo switched the upload directory to solve the problem.

As the network gets bigger, it will naturally advertise its self.

It measures how well you are found in search engines. So it indicates your SEO

I tried setting up Sandbox too, on two separate occasions, and had trouble figuring it out. I just switched to live and never had an issue.
Cathy, did you have to do anything else to get PayPal to work, other than switch from "Sandbox" to "live"? That's all I've done, but I don't know if it's working or not. I think somewhere in the Forums I read that you have to make some additional changes inside your PP account to get it to work. Is that true or not?
Thanks!
You need to set up the pay pal IPN return. This is in your pay pal settings. I'm not technical so I called paypal and they guided me through it.

My organic search % is currently 12% I think the SEO is working
How are others doing on organic search %
Tell me where you are getting the numbers and I will share. I have Yoast SEO, webmaster tools and google analytics. I havent had a chance to get into them all in-depth. So far I have been monitoring indexed images and pages.
Once you have put analytics into wordpress. It will be on your dashboard. It should show you a world map and there are some pie charts underneath to indicate where your traffic is coming from.

Hi
I think I solved it. I was messing around with Alexa earlier and the site. I think i installed something from alexa which interferred with site map.
Now I have taken the Alexa off, it seems to be ok. Thanks Mark

Hi
On this site map: /image-sitemap1.xml
I'm getting an error from google webmaster tools Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.
Its been working fine from middle of July, just stopped working today. Tried testing it and still comes back with same error. Also tried to resubmit it and came back with same error. I've tried other sitemaps and getting the same response. Can someone check there sitemaps in google webmaster tools and see if they have this error please.
Anyone got any ideas? Mark

I am confused, is Leo working on a better search or not? I constantly see contradicting posts, and I have a messed up search because of the limited WP search. As do others. I am waiting for the premium version with a new search. And now you say its not going to be added? Or are we now talking different things?
Leos premium plugin is for your own site. Cascoly is talking about the main search engine.

In my opinion there is only one solution. Delete you images and stop uploading.I have stopped uploading already quite some time ago and have deleted hundreds of my images since yesterday. It's like Istock, you have to show that you will not tolerate this. I have images who have sold 350+ and are now being sold for pittance. I have deleted them. They can have my old stuff and I will sell my new and good ones elsewhere.
Already deleting, 300 so far out of 1300

Well Istock solved that problem by writing into the agreement that they can give your photos away for FREE!

Is there a way to add a png format to an image thats already uploaded?
Can you upload both formats at the same time? so the customer can choose betwen jpeg and png?

Whoop de doo. Another stock agency that bypasses the need for model release or quality checks because it is "editorial", just like Scoopshot... My thought exactly. These companies keep taking shots at Shutterstock, istock, Getty, etc., in their pitches but really they are not offering a real alternative. Last I heard, non-editorial content was still outselling editorial by a large margin, because that's what people need. If nothing on PicFair can be used in advertising, it's pretty useless for a lot of buyers.
The editorial market is looking so over supplied and lacking in demand its not worth looking at

Maybe long but ultimately its the brand name of the network

Great start, you may need a cookie plugin. Also make sure you add yourself to the long network thread so others will add you to the network.
Talk to AJT and Cascoly about getting added to the search engines

I think AJT produced an editorial plugin

I told Fotolia I would stop uploading, the reply was that I would be pushed back in the search results now. Cutting my sales even further. And this is going to make me submit more and better images how? I was happy with sales there, but now they've become insignificant.
that is interesting, I wonder how many files we need to upload weekly/monthly to continue "high" on searches, I am having lower sales with less uploading, let's say half of 2012 numbers
Whatever the value it wont work in our favour
