Recently SS announced that they are going to provide RSS feeds of individual portfolios. I tried and it works great. You got nice image previiews in a feed.
I tried to check if other agencies got similar feed and it does not seem to be very common 1. Fotolia seems to have it but there are no previews, just title and link to image. For some reason it cannot be imported to FriendFeed but it works with Google Reader. 2. IStock - useless. Feed points to main site not your portfolio 3. 123RF - same story as above. I cannot figure out how to have feed of my portfolio.

I know it's to early to draw a conclusion but did you noticed that all middle tier is very close together. It means that Veer advanced a lot while 123rf, BS and CanStockPhoto are going down. For me this month it's completely different 123RF is better than DT and BS, CanStockPhoto and VM earned nothing.
On the low end side according to polls PM is doing very well. I wish I have a patience to go thru their submission system and have more images online.

"The results from the third party sales for fourth quarter are now in. Your images made a total of 22,23. This amount has been credited your account at YAY as one sale on a random image today."
Weird, do they actually know which photos are sold???

First, I am not native English speaker so I do not understand all nuances of this language. Why flipping burgers seems to be the worst insult here. "You are lousy photographer you should be flipping burgers instead". My mom always said to me that it's not shame to do any work.

I got few images from my early days that now does not look to great for me but some of them still sell quite well. I believe I would them better now but I am not sure if it's worth effort since there is a risk of rejection anyway.

I cannot figure out how they calculate it. It never adds up and they keep sending me payments but number shown on my earnings page is negative???

I wonder why they took out image count from account page? I understand that they wasted to removed everything related to buying images but what's the point with messing submitter pages?

I guess it will not happen automagically over night but I think it is what future holds. Can we prepare for that? What would be a strategy? Joining forces and forming production shops that may supply enough volume to actually compensate for commissions going down?

I haven't seen so many PPDs in last half a year. Are people trying to quickly use their credits before it is over. Does it mean they are not going to make transition to IS or ThinkStock?

Finally I got a copy of PS and I feel overwhelmed with number of options :-)

It seems if people riot for more than 3 days they do something otherwise they just ignore it and move on.

Is there something like this? Once you sell n number of images your popularity raises and you sell more faster or it's just linear, steady, climb?

If ThinkStock is a success will all others match or even beat their price?

180 days from now, is it going to stay the same or will be upside down?

It was pretty good month so far. Overall, across the board it might be BME. It just shows how small I am, 2-3 sites do well and I got a record. I need 2 dollars on couple sites to have more records :-) I guess it's to early to celebrate cause it could be one time phenomena but it feels better than recently.

why I am doing so bad on IS? If I look at top 6 everyone is doing better than IS including 123RF.

Maybe it's just winter depression but I got a feeling that soon we will hear some not so exciting news.

I finally was able to have enough images accepted in their promotion to request minimum payment. What can I say. Submitting interface is one of the worse if you deal with large amount of images.

When I looked at DT db exposure graph it has been steady at 0.03% for over a year. It means that I am not increasing my portfolio fast enough?
