Anybody making any money from Panthermedia? I never got many sales but I see they are now accepting eps vector files. Wondering if it's worth trying.

Shutterstock was a bit slower than expected, but iStock sales were strong. Overall things have been moving along acceptably, but I'm probably down 15% from my best months.

I buy a lot of lifestyle stock and I rarely use models isolated on white. What I am always looking for are natural looking people, not posing, not looking at the camera. I want to see an instant of real life captured. I want great lighting, and artistic flair. As the boomers age, there is definitely a growing market for good looking, active older people. Shopping, golfing, eating, drinking, biking... It sounds cliche, but I need those images all the time, and most of what is available is awful.

I'm a small player, (vector only) but my istock sales were up last month. Shutterstock was down nearly 25% though.

I do fairly well on 123RF and Vectorstock. Nothing close to SS but it all adds up. I tried to upload some images to Graphic River but finally gave up due to their incredibly screwed up system.

Personally, I'm glad SS stopped accepting these kind of images. In my opinion, it undermines the credibility of the whole industry and those of us who work hard to create original images.

I was down 20% from last month on SS. Granted that was my BME, but it was still down substantially from my average. Disappointing for September.

Is it worth uploading to Bigstock? I only have a few images up so far, but although they are images that sell well at Shutterstock I haven't sold anything at Bigstock yet.
