At least people are talking about the ad. That may be all they wanted...

Customer support not responding seems to be a common problem. I had several emails, too, without response.
BTW, my earnings as well as my payments history has also disappeared.

I had this too with one of my images - and I don't remember checking this check box, ever. Perhaps I did it by accident, I don't know.
I simply disabled the image. It took effect immediately, as far as I can tell.

Didn't you say in the other thread that you only want a very specific type of drawings right now?

I m an illustrator, so I think itmight be even harder.
I think it will actually be easier. Illustrations are in good demand and your portfolio looks nice.

Perhaps they became aware how much those targets can tell about the sales performance of the different tiers.

I have only sold one vector file so far, and that was only a few hours after uploading on Fotolia. I have had some small success with photos on DT, but not any of my illustrations.
Try Shutterstock.

Beware! My antivirus software warns me of a trojan on this site!

If your Illustrations are good enough for Istock and you sell well...why don't you grow up to Macro?
What macro agencies are there for illustrations? I know only very few, and it seems questionable whether they do better than iStock.

I guess the programming expenses for the new upload system were deemed 'unsustainable'.

I'm pretty much out of the microstock loop these days but do try and keep up with a few things. Am I missing something here? Is shutterstock now using a reseller? I have been on SS for a long time but have never known them to employ a reseller. See the link
http://www.ilovestockphoto.com/category/fooddrink/
This is just a referral link, not a reseller. It's legitimate as far as I know. I am not aware that SS uses any real resellers, like FT and DT do.

You are only talking about one of your suppliers. Why were the contracts with two suppliers canceled?

Perfect illustration of why Thinkstock does not deserve our work. It's on page 2, following your link. Didn't have to make a big effort to find it.
There is even another one on the same page. Uh.

Well there's a bloke called Yuri Arcurs who has 25k images at TS for example;
http://tinyurl.com/yuriatTS
There's something strange up with that. Many of those 25k images appear to be exact duplicates. In just the first few pages there's a closeup of a blond girl holding out a cellphone that is repeated several times, and also a portrait of a dark haired bride, and a photo of a groom sitting at a table giving a thumbs down. All appear to be from Hemera. Wonder why there are so many repeats/identical (as opposed to similar) images...?
There are strange images in that collection, e.g. illustrations which I don't think belong to Yuri at all. And what are those Gorilla images?

That is probably the way they look at it. Since they are selling tangible property which is not something you can download over the internet like microstock, then maybe this is considered royalties paid to you from Zazzle for sales they make. I don't know if that is why they do it this way or not, but that may be the difference. They aren't selling a license but a product.
This could be the key, yes. They are selling products which are made in the US, and which only use our images. Very different from microstock.
