I've had some good sales from Eyeem with a recent sale for $105.00 licensed by Getty.
Wow! So Getty sold it for $1,050!!!
It's a personal business decision. Everyone decides what to sell, where and for what.

52
Do EyeEm require exclusivity?

I suppose they have to if they sell through Getty

No exclusivity required.

53
Most sales are for 2.00 USD, last year I had a few for more. Reviews have pretty much stopped, so I stopped uploading as well. No point adding new images, if they just sit there un-reviewed for weeks and weeks.

May 2017 update: Has Canstock gone autopilot? No reviews for about a month, folks on the forum complain about not getting paid and Duncan stays silent. What's your recent experience?
I did get a payout recently but they have gone from being one of the fastest places to get reviews to slow and stuff getting stuck in the queue. Not optimistic for their future
Well, that's good to know that you got your payout. Where there's life there's hope.

I have received the payment this morning.
Cheers!

Same here. They kept their word. Give them credit for that.

Alamy....Anyone had any sales on this...what kind of returns are you getting?

I uploaded a bunch but no sales yet. Might take a while.

How do you mark an image as editorial on the ESP upload page? I can't find any info.

Here is the part many I think have been waiting for;

"Simplified restrictions

In addition to the simplified restrictions that were recently introduced across Alamy, there will now be a check box for Editorial Only. This means you can assign editorial only restrictions to an image if you wish and this includes Royalty Free images."
Yep strange that this is rather buried away as it has big implications which some people aren't going to like! But some are so might be interesting debate!

Yes, if you look at the comments some already fear the invasion of the scary microstockers.

Nice move by Alamy, thanks. Dreamstime, Istock are the last remnants.

I've finally left. It was a waste of my time, no sales, no reviews of submitted images, zero customer support.

Same here, closed my account, utterly unprofessional, no idea how they stay in business.

I closed my account there, had about 400 images, zero sales after a few years. Maybe not for my type of images.

64
What's up with their royalty free editorial? Wasn't it supposed to come in September?

Their Alexa ranking is somewhere down in the 24 million. Not much traffic it seems.

Dreamstime.com / Re: DT is Dead??? Not for me!!!
« on: October 14, 2016, 19:52 »
I no longer upload to DT anymore and cannot understand why they are rating in the top tiers here. Absolutely dead.

Which prompts the plea: Dreamstime! Lower your minimum payout limit!

It takes me 6 days to reach my Shutterstock payout requirement. I'm sitting at 3 months with Dreamstime and still $40 to go. $100 is ridiculous especially if you're an agency sitting on the lower end of "middle tier"!

It has been brought up many times on DT forums. DT refuses to even discuss the matter. Cash flow problem?

67
Seems clear enough to me with their current sales records they ought to change it.......

Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that the minimum is 100$.

68
I sent a message to Dreamstime support:

"From discussion in the forums, I understand that it is possible to change the minimum payout to something as low as $40. I would like to change my minimum payout (it is currently at $100, and I can't wait that long between payments) but can not figure out how to do that."

I did get a prompt response, which is better than most sites.  However, it was this:

"There must be at least $100 USD in the earnings for the payment system to accept a payment request through your account"

*sigh*  I knew that.  I said I knew that.  I want to CHANGE that.

Does anyone here know how to do that?

Can you provide a link to the Dreamstime forum thread where this is discussed?

Thank you, Markvs, for all the good advice. Well, miracles do happen and I got the payment last night, even though Paypal hit me with a 5% charge. So to those who are still waiting for payment keep sending them emails, and you may eventually succeed.

No payments in a long time. I have several payments pending and no replies to my emails. This sucks!

You can use this link to file a complaint https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/
It is by the European Commission for online disputes

That is just for disputes between businesses and consumers, however. If they really don't pay (and the amount isn't completely ridiculous), you could just have a German attorney send a letter. It wouldn't cost much and (if you can actually get them to pay up) may even legally have to be paid by them.

Let me know if anyone ever has issues with someone in Germany (infringer, agency etc.). I can probably point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your help. Is there something like the Better Business Bureau in Germany? In the US it is easy to file a complaint with them.

I reached payout in June, and I'm still waiting for my payment. Sent many emails to support. They promised to send the payment two weeks ago, but still nothing. Has anybody been paid by Clipdealer recently?

I have a lot of view on my image at picfair but no download. I doubt much buyer know or buy at picfair :/

I've had over 6k good sellers at Picfair since the beginning of the year and NO sales.  Most disappointing site in the marketplace.  Even stock fresh and Crestock earn me some occasional income.
No surprise, after three years, 30.000 views and four sales I closed my account there. I think one problem is their license which is neither RF nor editorial but a mix between the two. So no commercial use allowed. That rules out a lot of buyers.
