This SAINTLY act by the most benevolent team on microstock has secured my family's rice supply for three months to come! Thank you Canva :')

So, anyone else recived double payment from Canva this month. Didn't they say, they will pay double for 6 months what would make payment for September last double paying month? Or did I miscalculat sth.?

Yes, I got the double payment as well and have now a negative balance...

I got big share from subscription sale, and balance is normal, no negative. Got to love Canva

Just received my remaining "double March" payment, thanks

Same here, not double of March earning

Why 1500px pictures without watermark?

1500 pixels is a reasonable size for Facebook pages and websites, quick to load and not big enough to steal and sell most likely

Not so for vector characters, 500px would be a better limit in this case

BTW, why haven't we received our payment yet this month? It's 15th now

Why do I only get $0.35 for a $20 sale?

This is another currency("a $20 sale") not USD, we explained this a lot of times in the forum, the question is why is this not fixed already one year.

ok, thanks  :)

I'm also waiting for payment there, been a little over a month now

Firstly congrats on this sale.
I think yes, you need to delete it from all the agency now.

I hope SS and you have agreed with the deal. Or its better to ask SS for a confirmation.

Ok, thanks. I think  I will just wait a bit before deleting, I'm still not sure how this will go on

Finally Shutterstock request me to officially sign the copyright transfer of one of my vector image for $1200. What makes me anxious is one point on the agreement which said:

5. Shutterstock shall pay the License Fee to Contributor in Contributors Shutterstock account
within 30 days of the date on which this Agreement is fully executed (the Effective Date).

Does it mean I have to delete the image from all my stocks porto before they credit me with the $1200 ? It scares me a lot since the image is my best seller. What if they cancel the process after I delete that image? Really need help right now

As long as I don't submit craps , I really expect some reason stated for the rejection. It's not too much to ask considering the time I've spent uploading there  :(

They are not very far from the list on the right, except obviously vectorstock will jump up the rank

Tried to send files via FTP (EPS + PNG), but the uploaded files are just vanished from the server, nothing to show there or in my porto page, is this normal? Also what size do you require for the PNGs?

Decent low-tier

So you are the one that raise Yay in the top tier with those 24 sales!  ;D

Would as soon vote for SS,

Years joined: 3
Number of images: 78
Number of sales: dunno
Sales: $973.78

I just thought that Yay is not really hopeless, it is on par with DP and VectorStock, and certainly performs better than the other low-tiers  :)
