Ok, thanks for your input.
BUT, i think I want it to be there. Dont report it or bug the people who put it on facebook. I think its a funny thing for me and would like to have it there. And the message in the picture is great and just what I had in mind when I took the shot so we just let it be.
/Simon

So what can we do? Is this just our problem or all firefox users? That we need to reset the cache/browser or something?

Well, this further confirms that is is the user and not the contributor that will get in trouble if an editorial is "mis-used".

1. What they can and cant do... Isnt that their problem not mine?
2. Ok i give up. Cant compare my own numbers since i obviously dont have any editorial myself yet. I guess i have to wait a few month to get this estimation myself when i can compare.

"1. Though you might like to scour the small print of whichever agency you're thinking of submitting to)." what do you mean by scoure the small print? What is the small print? "2. Impossible to compare directly, for me anyway, as my editorials generally have groups of people and/or brands that you'd be extremely unlikely to get releases for, and that's the whole point." Yes but, i just want a rough estimate if editorials sell ok or not... Dont be afraid to "shout from the hip" as we say in Sweden!

Ok. Thanks guys for your feedback, you made it very clear how it works. Great to have this forum and so helpful people! I will upload it as editorial(cause thats ok right?) and then remove the words and logos, keep the colors and bars, then upload that version as RF.

So it doesn't help if I try to change some shape of the letters and modify them a little bit? The name Facebook is "taken" so to say? Regardless of its shape and font?

Say someone gets a picture like this approved. A picture where there is a potential copyright problem with facebook, twitter or whatever. Who gets in trouble if it is discovered by the company? The agency or the contributor that made the image?

Hi!
Say for example that I want to do something that illustrates social media, like facebook and twitter.
Can I write the words "Facebook" and "Twitter" and use it? Can i create similar logos, that are my own and not exactly the same as facebook and twitter logos?
I see there is a lot of facebook and twitter logos around in the microstock collection if you search. Is ok to use these simple logos, or very similar, in your illustrations?
