Dreamstime has a section called "Latest", where you can see the latest searches on the site. A lot of them are either bull, or very well covered. But sometimes you can find uncovered niches and good inspiration. Or bad inspiration... Here is the result from "Hearts background" (I don't think that was what the buyer had in mind, tho": http://www.dreamstime.com/raw-swine-hearts-thumb13660138.jpg

jeez he is the referral pro look at his http://www.dreamstime.com/Littlebobek_info
And if you look at the list, you will notice that only one of the referrals has uploaded a picture. So I guess the rest of them might be buyers. I can't say it makes me angry that someone makes a lot of effort to recruit new buyers.

Thanks for the tip about faved. I've never noticed that before. I always get lost in the messy menus on 123rf.

I had some necklaces rejected. They approved a pink jade necklace. Of course the one made from green amazonite was too similar.

Irfanview is free, and very easy to use.

Also, I did learn a lot from just a short browse. Much of what I thought would be used for keywords on my images was WAY off. And, I need to shoot a lot more stuff on which I can use the keyword "Native American."
I'm starting to see what Sean (SJLocke) is talking about. Did I just share too much? LOL
Since you gave away this valuable info, I can share something back: my Scandinavian tower cakes have been bought several times using the keyword "kransekake". Time to go entering Norwegian keywords for all the other images too. Oh, and a while ago Dreamstime refused to let me use locality names in keywords for a series with children on top of a mountain. About 20% of the sales on SS are based on keywords such as "Norway", "Andalsnes" and "Rauma". I also see from the map that many of the sales of these pictures are local.

I think it is a bit like Dreamstime, where I recently sold a picture of some wooden flowers with the keyword "madeira". Not at all relevant, and I certainly didn't have that in my list of keywords. But it was the latest keywords the buyer had used, before he found my picture by visual search.

I love it! Quite a few surprises, including the number of scientific searches.

I'm a nobody, and have disabled my people shots from IS, and not uploaded anything new in many months.

Thank you for your replies. I will try one clip with my normal release. If that doesn't work, I have rewritten it to include the words video and videographer. Hope I don't have to go trough the hazzle of filling it out and uploading it, when the other one should cover everything anyway.

I think I prefer to switch off that choice for all my images now. Can this be done in one move? Anyone now how?
Yes, you can click the Manage Licenses link in your management area http://www.dreamstime.com/extended_license.php. At the top you can set (or remove) the SR-EL license option/pricing for all images at once...
Thank you VERY much! That really saved my day, literally; I did not look forward to disabling SR-EL on one by one picture.

Those two "chosen" keywords are just the ones the person was searching for when s/he clicked report.

I see this topic is a bit old, but how did you solve the situation? Is it enough to add the words "video" and "videographer" to Yuri's release, or is there some other release I should use?

Oh yes! I can't believe how handsome that man is. Could we please have this type of day every day, so we get new videos of the google-man?
Oh, and it is funny too.

Is it possible for you to make a link with "more of this series"?

I notice some of you getter better acceptance in the weekends than in the work days. For me it is the complete opposite. Weekends and holidays I'm closing on to 100% rejection, weekdays they accept more than 50%.

I this where I tell you that my bank has no fees? My VISA card and mastercards are free, no withdrawal fees, no fees when I pay bills, no transfer fees. The only thing I pay them is interest on my mortgage (less than 4 %).

I don't know about your first question, but I got an error too whn I uploaded a batch. Yesterday I couldn't get to the site at all.

PicNiche keeps me logged in most of the time. But it is always an annoyance every time I have to try to dechiffer the captcha. BTW: maybe this would be a better alternative? http://random.irb.hr/signup.php

Well...
1. Shutterstock 27% 2. YayMicro 17% 3. Dreamstime 11% 4. Scanstock 11% 5. 123RF 8% 6. Istock 7 %
In total, if you ignore ELs, up from January. Yay and Scanstock are strong because of a few pictures that appeal to a Scandianvian audience, but rarely sell elsewhere.

I see many good aspects with this, but wish we didn't have to be so specific. Many of my pictures could be of interest for buyers looking for "Norwegian" stuff, but they probably couldn't care less which street of Oslo the picture was shot.

They've rised the limit to 500 pics for the 3. party program.
I think 500 pics is the minimum required size of your port, but you must still choose your 100 best pics
Yes, that is how understood it too.
