I wonder if the issue is that you really don't have a home page to speak of. Can you add a bunch of text to that home page to see if that makes a difference.

I did it, but tag cloud still not show. I'm almost giving up. I'm trying put it on for at least two days.
Don't give up, yet: I played around with menus and pages yesterday. Everything worked great for a while. But then I found myself stuck with a similar problem. Widgets (tag cloud) wouldn't show and commenting was enabled (although it was turned off in settings). Changing page templates didn't solve the issue. Updating to version 1.19 didn't help either. Renaming the page finally did! It seemed to be some naming conflict. It is strange, though, because the page title didn't match anything but the tagline for my site.
Tip from Travelling-Light fix my tag cloud issue. The problem key is DEFAULT TEMPLATE. http://photo.travelling-light.net/hints-on-symbiostock-site-customising/

That rather ruins the purpose of these. The Child theme is yours to modify (if you want) to make the site customizable for colors, fonts etc. This theme then is yours to keep for ever and new features are provided in the main theme.
if they were combined, all your amendments would be overwritten each time there was a new release of the main theme

To all testers out there - I don't think this is the file that Leo updated. This is the child theme. Hence the issue won't be fixed in this download.

I'm doing a test right now. I put via FTP in /public_html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-processor a new watermark named "hitwatermaknew.png". I realize that my original watermak, named "hitwatermark.png" was not there anymore. Maybe erased by some upgrade?  Above content of directory. As i say, my old watermark is not there. Just a new one uploaded few minutes ago.

Install new version, but still not working. Now, i can't reach "process images" screen. When i choose "process to publish" and click "process image" (like image below *** forget thumb is misssing info), system goes into looping and reload same page. Try several times with same result.   I'm trying upload via FTP right now.

My brain is tired - but I think the other person we need to fix up is chico. Since they are on bluehost, there should not be a problem. I'll try to quickly see if the theme is lacking them tomorrow and stop with that fix - ie - get back to what I should be doing.
Yes, it's me. I'll install new version and run some tests. All possible thanks are few. How can do some donation to help your expenses with vacations or a new Ferrari? Someone who lives in Hawai needs vacations?

Child theme and bluehost.
What happens when you click the all images button under the RF Images tab? I've had processing images crap out on me once or twice, but the images go in seeemingly ok there.

Well, i delete SS theme and upload last version. I was at least two versions back. But i'm still facing upload issues. Upload runs ok, but when click "process images" , i can't see thumbs (see image) and later when i choose "process to publish" again nothing appears on screen. Just two days ago was ok. I don't know what happened.

Some tip to activate tag cloud?
Appearance: Widgets. Look for the sidebar and drag the Tag Cloud widget into the sidebar. You can then select keywords/tags or categories.

CHANGING AND ADDING TEXT INTO THE THREE FOOTER BOXES.
Go to Appearance > Widgets. On the right you will see Footer Left, Footer Middle and Footer Right. Click the little triangle on the right of each section to open it. Then look in the left hand section for the Text widget. Drag over that widget into each section. There you can add text for your footers. NOTE: You have to have a title. Nothing shows up if you don't. There is a text widget for adding text and html.
There is an enhanced widget for adding html, css, etc. available here for you to download and install.

Both widgets and plug-ins get installed into the plug-ins folder.
I haven't figured out how to change the Wordpress/Leo Blanchette footer yet.

Great! Image processing broken again.. I was processing just fine 2 days ago.. I am getting the same error I got before..
changing this value to "On" had sorted it out the other day.. allow_url_fopen = on
but now, all of a sudden it doesn't work.. just to make sure, I deleted a file that processed fine the other day, and re-uploaded and re-processed the same image without success this time..
I can't upload images anymore. All process seems to be ok, but when i click "process images", nothing appears, like below.

Well, i did some progress. Right now i'm testing new user register and i think we (or me) have a problem:
I try to register a user named "joao"
Put your name and mail.
Receive a mail with password
Back to login page and put name and password
I expect to be placed in main page of my site, but i receive screem below.
It's my fault? Some user preference configuration?
That's normal when you register on a Wordpress site. It was a surprise to me when I first registered on a WP based shopping site! You can only adjust your own profile, then go back to the site by the link at top left.
Thanks Travelling. Some way to bypass this? I think it's a bit strange for a regular user, i guess.

Our Symbiostock site is http://photo.travelling-light.net for network testing. We'll switch to the images subdomain when we're ready to go live.

Yes - delete the theme you are using by first deactivating, then deleting.
Then upload/install new one.
Works fine.  About update version: i can't disable SS theme, so i did somekind of workaround. - Activate a new theme . Pick anyone avaliable. - Delete Symbiostock theme and child theme - Do ZIP file upload (new version have child theme included) - Install and be happy
