I seem to be having an easier time with DT than the other sites. <knocks on wood>
I had 100% acceptance of my last batch, never got the "same titles" rejection and just had a license fee that netted me almost $5. Well above the average for SS and FT. On the downside 1/2 of the downloads this month are subs, but even with that it's a higher RPD than SS and about the same as FT, where the sales are going through a slump.

Under "My Servcices" > "Credits" it shows which sales credits from a reseller and which ones were subs/credit sales.

From their tumblr page. Fotolias premium collection of free and affordable royalty-free images are now directly available from within Xycods Postworkshop 2.1. PostworkShop is a comprehensive toolkit for digital image enhancement and artistic reinterpretation that provides a creative platform for professionals and enthusiasts alike. With the integration of Fotolias online image search, users will have access to Fotolias vast library of over 14 million stock photos, illustrations and vectors directly from the application itself. Trial image enhancement and manipulation, image purchase, download, and indexing all take part in this streamlined process to seamlessly incorporate high quality stock into design flow. We are very excited about the opportunity to work with Xycod, noted Garth Johnson, Executive Vice President at Fotolia North America. By integrating images and processing in a more symbiotic, innovative way, Xycod and Fotolia are able provide a great platform of benefit to both Fotolias photographer contributors, and the graphics design realm as a whole, he remarked. PostworkShop 2.1 is now available for download at http://postworkshop.net/ // The xycod site has a video showing how to use the FT integration. I wonder if this is part of the reason for the commission and pricing changes. There is also no word on what the licensing terms are (ie can I use your photo to make "art" in this program and then license the image via a gallery site?)

In my last 20 I've had 9 subs.

The bigger issue is, once again, communication and training. The same thing happened when they started deactivating images that contained vehicles because BMW or Audi or Toyota wrote in and complained that the style of the vehicle was trademarked.
If they had sent out an email warning contributors that they were going to clean up then those whose images don't contain trademarked or copyrighted card decks would have been able to provide the property releases. But no it's easier for them to type in the word "Cards" and just nuke everything. The fact that well known copyrighted material was able to get past several reviewers is another issue altogether.

Sorry for being so blunt but what ** happened... When i joined Istock in 2007 the forum was a hive of activity. It was bustling with new threads and lots of comments posted by the community of artists and staff. What's caused its demise?
Maybe it is due to people (like you) continually spouting pointless drivel? Looks to me as if you are now having the same effect over here too. It just becomes hard work wading through all the nonsense to read the posts of people who actually have something to say. Sorry for being so blunt ...
I can only speculate but it may have something to do with slash in commissions, massive clawback of royalties, the large numbers of people who have been banned and even larger number of locked threads - preventing contributors from getting answers to some very real questions.

FT consistently places 3rd or 4th in my line up. Sales have gone up this month.

Why is this in the Shutterstock forum? Just asking.

It's better than the VOX deal on IS. Bloggers had free use of IS images without no payment to the contributors. Just a click through link to the purchase page. I just hope that this one is monitored better. VOX started making blogs private after it was discovered that bloggers were using IS images in posts titled "Girls I F****D this week"

Just wanted to say that FT finally figured out my keywording issue. I was using Chrome. I have to use FF for it to work. On a good note they were approving images as soon as I was sending them. So a 5 minute or less turn around for most images. Never had reviews go that fast.

I have a few older images that I want to remove from CC but can't figure out how. Anyone know?

I haven't been able to upload to the them in months. When I try to the upload page has an error which will not allow my keywords to be transferred from one box to the other. I gave up trying to continue to upload to the them until they get the page fixed.
Try uploading with Flash. Always worked for me after FTP failed on numerous occasions.
That's what I get when I do upload with Flash.

Do you have a phone number or email for them? I can't find either on the website.

I've had no sales and over half of my submissions have been rejected so I'm trying to close my account but can't find a way to do it. The email link in the footer requires you to use Outlook, which I don't want to install. Anyone know how to close your account, or at least delete the uploaded images?

From the newsletter:
Fotolia has made an investment in AudioMicro, one of the world's largest collections of user-generated royalty-free music and sound effects. Previously, Fotolia partnered with AudioMicro on Flixtime.com, where users create dynamic, music-filled videos from standard images and video clips.

I uploaded several images via the Flash uploader. I can see the images in My Files. However, I can not edit them. Clicking "Add" to move the keywords just erases all the listed keywords - but does not transfer them to the other box. Clicking on "Display all Categories" takes you to the top of the page but doesn't open an windows or give you any way to see categories.
I ran into this the last time I tried to upload as well and just decided to delete all the images rather than fight with the site. That was a few months ago. I was hoping that by now they would have gotten it fixed.

IS finally replied. They told me to delete my cache and try again. I gave it another go and the request appears to have gone through. Of course now I have to wait 2 weeks to see if really did or not, since their error caused me to miss the deadline.

Well now it seems to not work at all. I uploaded 22 images, but it will not let me move the keywords from one box to the other. I'm not going to spend time to fight with it. At DT I use FTP to upload and then the new "populate" button to cut down on the copy/paste.

Jen I have already confirmed the account with Paypal. Other agencies have paid me at the new email address without a problem. On the IS payment page is were I get the error. It's an IS issue, not Paypal's.

Everything is fine on Paypal's end. Other sites have paid me at the new address without an issue. I didn't think this would be an issue at IS because IS requires you to type in your paypal account email everytime you request a payment. At some point they made of note of who uses what email account for their payments and since I entered the new one it caused an error on the page with no ability to change it.
And no CS has not gotten around to answering my questions as to how to fix the problem.

Can't change your Paypal account or they refuse to pay you fail.
I changed my paypal account info and tried to request a payment last week. They form gave me an error that my paypal account wasn't "confirmed". I can't send it to the old address as Paypal has the new one. Sent a message to support asking how to fix it but all I got was the auto "Thanks for emailing us".
