I met Yuri last year with the SS meeting in Denmark. He is a business man and although rpi are low he will find his way out of it maybe start a different business. Also what I noticed as long as he has that kind of twinkle in his eyes when he talks about photography everything comes fine.

Altough I quit last year I really thought Zym had fair chance to survive this crisis. Good luck in what ever you gonna do.

Just received an e-mail from workingtitleimages.com to become a new submitter to a brand new agency located in the UK. Anyone else received an e-mail and what do you think about: Our current payout is 15 pence per download and due to our low prices and subscription model our buyers download a high number of images each month. At 2,000 downloads each month you would earn (GBP) 300, that's 3,600 per year.

You are right, Kaycee. Avast is a good antivirus software, even the freeware version. Antivir from Avira is also very good and comes with a freeware version too. No antivirus software detects all viruses and every program can have 'false positives' sometimes. Here's an older article about this, but nothing changed since then: http://ask-leo.com/i_run_antivirus_software_why_do_i_still_sometimes_get_infected.html I always give the advise to use a firewall too. And one that blocks incoming as well as outgoing traffic. The firewall in your router only blocks incoming traffic. So you need a firewall softwareprogram too. And Windows update! There is no way to stay safe for all 100 percent. Better not to have 2 antivirus programs installed together on the same computer. They can see each other as a virus and give false warnings.
Yes I know: no two antivirus programs istalled on the same PC (we tried it and it worked fine they didn't see each other as a virus no false warnings (THANK GOD) but we decided Avast is a keeper while the antivirus program found far more bad stuff than the expensive Norton. And yes we have a fire wall in coming as out coming protection. But your right nothing is 100% SAVE.....

Thats a great business idea. providing free software with no need for upgrading...
Of course their are upgrades more than enough but you don't have to switch to a pro account if you don't want to. For the free version their are also upgrades....DUHHHHH Besides that the costumer service for a free account is real great and they did fix the problem... With Norton it takes longer to fix and we pay for it

Just posted to iStock's Twitter feed:
Note to Avast users, Avast has corrected a false positive. Update your Avast VPS. http://bit.ly/75e4cR
Thanks for the link.... As I stated before we never had problems with AVAST before, they are always to find virus, worms and trojan before our other scanner Norton. Yes they work together... Sorry I will never ever try to warn or help anybody again.... And yes we still like AVAST.

If its the free version, It finds dangerous stuff everywhere and recommends you to upgrade to full version:)
I think for a free version they do a lot for keeping the customers happy. Better to be careful and give a warning than not giving a warning at all....

Well, vectors is what I do. Here's the link to my SS folio with just the vectors: http://tinyurl.com/ybw347z Take a look and if you think they're good enough can you please tell Jamie to give me an e-mail if she's still interested? Thanks.
I saw it, she saw it. I would contact here ans see what she wants. She is being very selective.
Sorry but I don't change my style....I could adjust topic wise but not my style. It's the same if I asked you to change your style.

All the art should be up now.
Last month was quiet but this month is booming.
Jamie is looking for more artists. http://www.clipartof.com 3d and vector only, prefer American artists. must be able to take Paypal! Looking for artists that do not have similar styles to those she already has.
She is also going to contact existing artists requesting specific work from what I've heard.
For those that have just got their work uploaded it takes awhile for the work to be picked up by google, once that happens sales should be good.
Cheers Dennis
HMMM no sales so far for me with almost 200 online.

There's a "kaycee" photographer listed on photocase but has no portfolio. I assume you go by a different name there? I was just curious to see your port so I got an idea of what actually sold there.
I'm their with my real name "karinclaus" Have fun (I have only 14 photos accepted at photocase)

I have made more money with Photocase than for example Featurepics, Canstockphoto, VeerMP, Scanstockphoto... and my Photocase portfolio size is under 5% of those sites... Can anybody give an example of what actually got accepted there? It's very hard to believe that anybody would want to buy there. For instance, this is the first image that turns up entering "business man" in the search box. I'm still flabbergasted, more as a buyer than as a contributor.
LOL don't you understand.... THAT MAN KNOWS HIS BUSINESS SO IT'S A BUSINESS MAN LMAO sometimes I wonder myself what's is or what's out I only know once in a while they accept images of mine and will sell at least once.

ooooh a low/ no earner AND high rejection rates!
Their is enough earnings once you got an image accepted. With only a few on line and in a short time I earned almost 100 euros. The lowest payout for an image correct me if I'm wrong 1,20 euros
The highest 42 eurosI was also very sceptical when I started in begin of Februari but now I love the site and how they sell.
