YAY! Got mine, too. It wasn't extremely high, but was my highest yet. I wish I could have convinced buyers to make just one itsy-bitsy sale more. I was .41 euro short of a payout. Argh! I agree with sentiments on YAY being the quickest ever to give us the money "once they get it". But it just seems to be getting longer and longer for them to get the money from the other people. This time it was 9 weeks. Hopefully, they will be able to improve on that. I also had a regular sale for 5 euro the other day. Haven't had a regular sale in a very long time (aside from 3rd party), so this was very welcomed. Keep 'em coming YAY!

I've been trying to get on since yesterday with no luck. Sent an email to Jan, but haven't received a reply yet.

I like this site so far -easy upload system -very quick to edit images -quick review times -pretty fair rejections
My experience with the "pretty fair rejections" has been the complete opposite. Apparently, I got a reviewer that totally HATES abstract, fractals, or anything that looks like them. Also having other issues that make no sense with rejections. I only have a few that have been accepted and have pretty much put things on hold with them. Am trying to get things straightened out with admin, but so far I'm not that crazy about what I'm seeing. Just my two-cents' worth - for now.

Site must be having some major problems. I was able to log on but when you click on the category links on the left there are zero images in any of them. Click on any of the Top 10 Photographers at the bottom, and they have no images. No images anywhere. However, when I click on my "Files" tab, it shows my images and does show my balance. So not sure what's going on.
Edited: Okay, must have been some technical thing going on with them. Some of the images are starting to come back now. Never mind ...

Anyone been to DP site in the last few minutes? I keep getting the "Oops! This link is broken" message. Also, I had two banners up, one on my Zazzle site and one on my blog. Both had been working fine. Now all that is there is the red "x". When you click on it, you get the same oops message. Sooooooo, are they still around or just down?

I got my email after I wrote to them about "questionable" acceptance/rejections lately, specifically comparing what I was seeing on the "newly accepted" images tab when logged in. I wasn't trying to be rude, just trying to figure out why so many images from a certain area were getting through, and it should be obvious to anyone looking as to why. I thought I wrote the message in a very diplomatic way, and was just trying to figure out what the policy was. I guess I must have unintentionally stepped on someone's toes. My acceptance ratio is way down, mainly because they are rejecting all of my fractals, abstracts, and other specific location images which I won't go into here. Yet I was seeing tons of them from a certain area being accepted. I am not new to stock, so I understand that every site has its own acceptance policies. And my skin has thickened quite a bit over the past two years. But when the acceptance of certain images are in-your-face biased, I just need to get a clarification. It makes a difference as to whether I continue to waste my time uploading or move on.

Same email here. "Bait and switch!" I agree with Zenpix's statement that we had a type of contract. They agreed when we signed on to a certain amount of uploads. Nowhere did it say anything about "until we get a certain amount of images" or anything to even imply they would stop prior us reaching the 500 images.

I requested payout from DP 2/18 @ 11:21a.m. (EST). Notice sent from DP that my money had been transferred to PP 2/19 @ 1:50a.m. Received notice from PP that they had received the transfer 2/19 @ 1:50 a.m. That's not in an hour, but it's one of the fastest I've experienced (except for one I had from YAY a couple days ago that was almost instantaneous from the time I requested it). I was approved on 2/5. My second referral was approved on 2/9. My referral has already had a subscription sale. Nothing for me yet, except for payment for uploads, but she's off to a great start. I did get my first $52 payout today, so I'm happy about that! http://depositphotos.com/?ref=1005428

The more I looked, the more I finding exactly as you guys have said. They said in my email that "commission rates starting at 30% for Beta members. We happily negotiate higher commissions for photographers based on experience and upload commitment." The email read like a hodge-podge of a little bit of everything for everyone. I was just curious. Thanks for your replies.

Has anyone heard of or had any experience with www.tastylemon.com? I got a solicitation email from them today. Found a few things in Google search but not much. They claim to be launching a new "a photographer-centric stock community". Was wondering if anyone knew anything about them.

Well, the cruising-on-approvals part hasn't happened for me yet. It's taking a day or so to get the ones I have pending reviewed. I guess that is still fast compared to most of the other agencies out there, so no complaints here. Granted, I'm not uploading as many as most of you guys are, either, just a handful at a time. I'm finding they are not taking any of my abstracts or fractal-type uploads at all. Not sure why, though. It says they aren't of commercial value. However, they are approving others, so not sure what the difference is. Hmmmmm.... PICK ME!

I am getting some income registered now for my one referral. The other one is having a little difficulty getting accepted. I guess when they reject some of your first five you have to wait three days to submit anymore. She she may take awhile to get things going. So, things are moving a little now. Could still use some more referrals, though,

Gosh, I just looked back on my post when I got accepted, and all I put was the teeny-tiny link in the signature. No wonder no one can see it. So, forget I even posted that one, and I'll put one here you can see. Okay ... click here to MAKE SOME MONEY WITH DEPOSIT PHOTOS!Sorry, couldn't resist. I promise, I'm done. Will leave it alone now.

Great news, Ivelin! They must really be getting busy. Reviews are taking a little long. My first 5 were approved and submitted back to them days ago. Still not up yet. But now I'm getting busy working on my $100. Wooo-hooooo!

That's okay, Stu. No problem here. Didn't want to you to think I was starting anything negative. That sure wasn't my intention. Hopefully, people will spread the "love" and everyone will get referrals from their links. We can hope, right!

Just click my link below to sell your photos on a great site. You are too late. Everybody is an affiliate of Stu already, even if he has been so discreet with his link.
Easy there princess !
Oooo, I'm a Princess! Haven't been a princess in a long time. However, I didn't write that last part about your link. I simply meant EVERYONE is already ahead of me, so he was probably right. But that's okay.

@FD - You're probably right! Well I know I have one anyway ... well, pending. I helped a friend sign up today, so we'll see how that goes. I'm spreading the word, though.

YAY! Finally got approved with DP. My first referral applied today, too, so things are lookin' good! Would welcome anyone else who would like to get in on the action. Just click my link below to sell your photos on a great site. I agree with the other posters. Upload, keywording, etc., was very easy and fast. And admin is really fast with responses and help. So glad I found this thread.

It's great to have it in your signature. However, if you just got approved by DP and have a new referral number, how else will anyone know you have it unless you are replying to someone's post or starting one of your own? No one will really see it unless you "pimp" it at least once. I'm waiting on mine, too.

Thanks, David. That support email was the last one I sent to. I found it in another place on the site. Appreciate your help. Carolyn

Hi David. I saw your referral link for them on your blog. Signed up and uploaded first five. Got all approved and email from them this morning. One thing troubles me. The emails I get from them have nothing in the "From" line. When I got the approval email, I went to the site to upgrade to PN Pro. What the heck, it's only 10. Clicked on the link in second step to verify email and nothing happened. I had already clicked on the link in the first email they send to verify email. Anyway, I couldn't go any further to upgrade. Sent a message via their Contact Us link. Got a nice reply back from the postal service that: "This is the mail system at host www.picturenation.co.uk. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below." Hmmmm ... so how do you contact them? David, you're having such good luck with them, wouldn't return mail like this be a little suspicious, or do you have another way of contacting them? Don't want to put too much time into this if I'm beating a dead horse.
