I can't see that message logged in there. They appear to have had that same problem in the past, good luck getting it resolved.

I think the larger problem is from technology like these card skimmers that thieves place inside the pump. http://techcrunch.com/2014/01/23/four-indicted-for-installing-undetectable-card-skimmers-inside-gas-pumps/In the US is supposedly the worst in Florida and Texas. The thieves commonly "rig" multiple gas stations on several exits in the same town, collect the data for several hours, then remove their hardware to avoid detection. They discovered that most service station owners are too cheap to change out the universal locks on the pumps to custom ones, the thieves know this, use the universal key to put their "hardware" inside the pump where it can't be seen. Last year near where I live in Florida, they rigged the end pumps at the Wal-mart gas station during a busy weekend. Then like the target breach, they sell the collected numbers over the internet, so they rarely get caught.

Yes, once you are accepted for photos you can upload illustrations on same account.

*****EDIT: Someone messaged me saying the removed the CMYK requirement, maybe its finally easier!
Its not exactly that easy. You must still upload a CMYK sized template of your image and upload a full sized RGB image. They choose the text layout and write a description. I uploaded some during their BETA testing phase, I haven't heard that they eliminated the CMYK step yet.

Its been a while, but all i had to do was add to the php.ini
extension=imagick.so upload_max_filesize = 32M
I didn't mess with adding the path text.
But I am on Bluehost.

I am down 1/4 of normal. I noticed my business card best sellers used to be on the first page on google images by keywords, now are missing from the same search.

Is there a simple explanation of the difference between web pages indexed and images indexed? Is one more important that the other? I looked at google webmaster tool help, and its still "cloudy" for me.

I wonder if the reviewer just made a mistake. They used to only require camera or software and location for video clips.

So basically you set your site up in an unconventional way, and now when it impacts you in a negative way, you blame the devoloper for poor updates. I don't get it? How is it Leo's fault you didn't use the child theme?

In response to question 1: The purpose of using the child theme, is to do you edits on the child theme, so when you uprade versions, your style/format changes aren't lost.

I have several zazzle stores, the main one being approximately 700 business cards. Since their announcement last year about the 15% royalty not being included in their % off sales, it hasn't made any effect on my sales (still show growth), so some product types this may not actually be a problem. I created some cards at a 15% rate so they would be included in their %off sales, and they don't sell any better than the regular ones at around 30%.
I agree, that at 15% it isn't very attractive royalty rate when they deduct the % off sales and the 3rd party sales from my set royalty.
Zazzles announcement from today seems to indicate you can now set a 5% royalty rate if you want to, where the former minimum was 10%.

You said in your opening message that you wanted help in getting past the video entrance test... If you were smart you would use streamclip as described in the SS forum post. Just use it one time to get past your technical problem, streamclip doesn't care if it came from a camera or not. Using streamclip and the 4 steps in the SS forum post will end your technical rejection. After you are accepted, i.e. get past the entrance test, you can experiment with AE settings to find the precise ones that Shutterstock desires, without the penalty of waiting 30 days between guessing the settings. If you want to be "hard-headed" and continue to try the guessing method see the following post http://submit.shutterstock.com/forum/post-2377471.html Rekindle message using Format Quicktime: Codec photo-jpeg quality 90. The settings Rekindle says to use are the same ones in the streamclip message. The smart thing would be to use streamclip to get accepted, then experiment with after effects settings after you are accepted.

I would use the free program MPEG Streamclip after you have done your edits in whatever program you are using, using the method outlined on the Shutterstock Forum http://submit.shutterstock.com/forum/abt19043-0-asc-0.htmlSkip the "infomercial" advertising for his site and pay attention to steps 1-4 listed below the text ***Original Post*** I have been using MPEG Streamclip with several cameras, and haven't had any technical type rejections

You may want to check out the free program Streamclip. I works well for basic trimming clips to your desired length. I think there are a couple of detailed instruction messages on the Shutterstock forum, that cover the settings to use. I have used it for video clips from my Canon 60D.

I see something strange when I do a search on my site, my images show up with the keyword I search by, and I get a banner on the bottom with Cathyslifestockphotos and 4 image numbers below the banner. If I refresh the page, the 4 images show up one at a time, but they go immediately back to image numbers only. If I goto Cathylifestockphotos and try the same search (chicken) I see here images with that keyword, and banners and pictures (mine included) for each artist she is networked with. Any idea why her images don't show up on my site, only the image numbers?
