Just sold a LEL for $0.41. This is definitely a new low. Anyone else experiencing such low LEL revenue?

Me too, for a couple of days. I mailed them yesterday but no answer yet.

My "I understand" button doesn't work either.

They also have a problem with the shadow of isolated on white objects.

The payment was only for March. On April 25 I received the mail from Getty that my payment was sent to PayPal but there was no payment in PayPal. After a lot of emails to iStock, PayPal and Getty, it seemed the problem was at Getty and they finally sent me the money. I'm very curious what will happen on June 25.

31
Payment received today instead of March 25. One month late!

32
Still nothing to me.  >:(

33
Still nothing here too. And still no answer from Getty despite three or four mails I've sent to them.

34
It seems to me that iStock does NOT want to pay me. I'm still waiting for my March payout supposed to get it on April 25. It is May 4.

35
At least they should treat us well, apologize and respond to the emails. I fear I'll never see that payment in my PayPal account.

Here is the topic I opened on their forum. Getty doesn't answer. I asked iStock to contact Getty and clarify my issue and they don't want to do this. The funny thing is my payment is not pending, it is like I already got it. I also contacted PayPal regarding this issue and they verified the reference of the transaction and there is no payment at all.
So frustrating and humiliating to beg for my own money and they doesn't even bother to respond to an email...

37
So after a few emails to iStock (in which they say to contact Getty) and two emails to Getty (without any answer although they say they answer within 24 hours) I'm starting to think I will never get my last payout of March 2015. I should get it on April 25th and I didn't. It seems they doesn't bother to answer and to clear the situation and fix the issue either. What can I do? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

38
Still no money from them. Anyone else in the same situation?

39
I still didn't get my money. I mailed them yesterday and today they answered to contact Getty. Typically iStock...

Laso worst month in a long time so far. Very low sales in November and I'm wondering why.

Another bad news, Mostphotos offers referral income only for two years..

43
Definitely not good news...

It seems that 123rf doesn't want to talk to contributors anymore. I've sent them an email on October 3rd asking them to verify two LEL's sold for $2.98 and if my commission is the right one. No answer. I've sent them the second email on October 17th. No answer. Meanwhile (yesterday, October 21st) I sell another LEL for $0.18 and they doesn't seem to care about (at least) answering an email and giving some explanations. That LEL for $0.18 felt a bit insulting yesterday... Seriously 123rf, 18 cents?

Another LEL for only $0.18. Such a shame....

Very weird those LEL's from 123rf. Two of them today, only $2.98 each :(. I guess it's a new low for me.

I didn't get the payout too and they sent me the same reply as Fairplay's. Whenever it's an "issue" the payouts are always late, they are never earlier.

Apparently their earnings page shows zero downloads since December 1969.

Did they change in the commission table lately?
My last credit sales earned me a much smaller rate than before:
level2 - 13 credits - $2.05 ($0.15/credit)
level0 - 5 credits - $0.66 (!) ($0.13/credit)
level1 - 9 credits - $1.18 ($0.13/credit)
I don't remember earning so low per credit at Dreamstime.

I also gave up sending them editorials because of the refused files due the wrong description.
