Hi guys, I'm using NextGen slider to showcase my images on the front page. It's working fine except that when I reduce the size of my web browser, the image doesn't go with, i.e., it's still at 100% and doesn't fit to size, if you know what I mean. Is there a way around this? I'm just a wordpress noob

I'm testing out my site but when I tried to register as a new user using another e-mail account of course, the following message pops up: "User registration is currently not allowed." What could have gone wrong? Looking forward to your help.

Hi Guys, I've just uploaded a few batches of vector eps and jpg files and some of the images do not process, just a blank screen on the Process page. Also, the ones that do, comes with a message "invalid date- should be yyyy-mm-dd format" ( or something like that), but they do come out just fine, just the annoying message . I'm running V1.3.7 and using clean theme. My webhost is Hostgator . I'm uploading in batches of 10 or less. The one thing I've observed with the files that don't process is they are the relatively new images that I've created using Adobe Illustrator CS6 ( could this be the reason???) The images that were a success where older files and I think I used CS3 or C5. Thanks in advance for any help.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply, Amanda! I'll give it a try. Now while you're here, another question, do I have make a another category to show "All Images"? Is that how we do it or is there another way?

Hi all, I just bought and downloaded Amada's clean theme and it looks really good. I do have a question, though: how do you get the "Image Categories" menu to have a drop-down ( or to drop down)? I'm so stumped, hope someone around here can help. Thanks in advance.

I think cafepress removed business cards from their product list weeks ago for some reason.

I currently belong to TAOBC with about 350 templates and zazzle with 250 plus. Just wondering if there are any other POD sites that lets you sell business cards.

i'm there since 2008 mainly illustrations but never bothered to upload all my stuff until recently when the upload process was more user friendly. like any other microstock site, sales activity is triggered with regular uploading and i've experienced that during the past few weeks. review is relatively long than most but i have a high acceptance rate.

I think freelancing gives a bit of spice to the sometimes dull world of (micro)stock illustration. I usually get regular request for custom work. There's good and bad clients but I think if the project is laid out in detail as much as possible on what is required by both parties before kicking off, a lot of heartaches can be avoided. I normally limit the number of revisions and they pay extra afterwards. I also require a deposit and then full payment once the client signs off the concept sketch. I often find that concept sketches not used for the project provide inspiration for new series of microstock work (provided of course that you have agreed before hand that all sketches not used still belong to you).

it really doesn't take you much time to upload at Canstockphoto. it's one of the easiest site to deal with and also very fast in their review times. they're also my fastest growth site this year.

very professional website and very hard to nitpick in terms of design. i guess, maybe some buyers have not yet embraced the idea that artists do sell direct.
