StockXpert.com / A Quick Question About Submission To StockXpert

Hello all.
I am fairly new to Microstock and brand new to this forum, so please bear with me here if this question has been posted before.
I recently started uploading to StockXpert via FTP and I am having trouble with them reviewing images and then rejecting them on the basis of the mdoel release being missing when in fact I don't even get a chance to attach the model release before they review my pictures.
Basically this is what I am doing:
1 - Upload the images via FTP with all the keywords, title, and description already embedded in the file's ITPC data.
2 - Transfer the files over to a new folder from the SPX briefcase once they are uploaded.
3 - Then start adding categories and model releases.
My question I guess is how do you avoid them reviewing images before they are ready to submit?
I use a number of other sites too and never have this problem on any of them since you actually have to submit the image before it gets reviewed. But it seems on StockXpert the image gets submitted as soon as you move it from the StockXpert Briefcase over to an editable folder.
I also tried sending a message to their support people and got nothing back. All the other sites are so responsive to contributor inquiries and most also have support telephone numbers where you can call to talk to someone live. It seems StockXpert does not have a contact number and their support is pretty bad.
