I just got this email:
"Your portfolio has been successfully removed from our partner sites. Should you have any further questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us."
But, but.. anyway my portfolio is online Shotshop and Ibudgetphoto.. somebody is lying..
And next email: "Your browser gets it from the cache, but there is no way to purchase those files since your portfolio was removed from those sites." Wow, I use three different browsers The cache is somewhere else now

If some site is slower removing, you can always --in the meanwhile-- try deleting all the significant keywords of the file, to avoid it being found. Good point, this can work!

What troubles me: I would have 72 hours to remove the image from all sites. It's mission impossible, for me. I got the same request some time ago and I replied with the "no thank you" -button

Here answer:
Dear Contributor,
Thank you for contacting us.
Your current earnings display will temporarily display a lower tier level of earnings as the system is recalculating all the earnings.
Once the process is complete, all earnings will be shown accurately. Do kindly bear with us as this process may last until the 5th of every month.
Please let us know if the earnings display issue issue still persists after the stated period each month or if you need any further assistance.
Hope the above clarifies.
Best Regards, Your Submissions & Review Team

I already said how crappy this situation is and I am thinking to leave them. I asked the last time, how long is your ASAP:
Due to some technical reasons it takes some time to remove all your files from all our partner program. There is no exact timeframe but we are doing our best to do it as quickly as possible. Please wait a little bit more.

No more new uploads from me to DP until they remove my portfolio from all their partner sites! If they don't do it soon I will deactivate all my images! They bring me less than 1,5% of my microstock income. No big deal!
+1 Same here!

I only just discovered this topic, and read all 9 pages, hoping for 1 reply/explanation/excuse/anything by DP themselves. Nothing. Nihil. Can't believe this. This topic is more than a week old.
they do have 2 accounts here at MSG but they don't log in for quite a long time (years!)
Bad, very bad public relations, like a big pile of dog s..t. Hopefully as many as possible of artist will be aware about this scam in the future!

Also, how is everyone communicating with DP? Through their "contact us" link? If so, are you selecting "critical"? We need to flood their inbox with critical requests. I just sent in my second email since they never responded to the one I sent last week.
I sent my "critical" message yesterday that I want out of the resale sham. And I want sell only by DB directly. Lets see..

Try to figure (Guess) what you think you make in one year's time from the photo session thus a good number to use for paying the models. I tend to keep my cost below $200 USD for the session.
It's very hard to guess with the stock images what are income in future. In some cases, very rarely I can use $200-400 USD for shooting session. But that's very rarely only. Mostly I shoot with the TFCD and I give full licence for all XXL images.

If I get it right they all are same, one dollar:
- small $1 - medium $1 - xxl $1
"Only our highest resolutution files Unlimited image use, unlimited print runs".
Why even bother for small downloads if they all are SAME PRICE!
And "Unlimited print runs, Unlimited image use", it's just extended USE, nothing less!
And this "heavy image users".. 10 images on month, realy realy HEAVY USERS ONLY!
All my images on Fotolia are extended marked, So, what happens if I will set them not extended. Fotolia take my images out from Dollar Club or not?
ERR: some typo: exclusive versus extended .. lol

No niin, sivut toiminnassa ja ensimminen myyntitapahtuma tnn. Tosin asiakas ei lytnyt tuonne suoraan, vaan minun vlityksell. Mutta kuitenkin ensimminen myynti SS:n kautta.
Yksi asia mik SS:st viel uupuu on euroopassa tarvittava VAT-tunnus yritysasiakkaille. Siin pit pysty erikseen rekisterity tavallisena tallaajana ja yrityksen. Eilen asiasta juttelin yhden tilintarkastajan kanssa ja alustavan keskustelun perusteella ilman nit tietoja pit myynneist maksaa arvonlisverot. Eli pit tiet onko ostaja yritys vai yksityinen ja mist maasta. Hiukan siis viel kehitettv eurooppalaisten nkkulmasta. Tm asia on kyll jo huomioitu.

Tstkin asiasta tuli tss kesn aikana selv. Jos jollain on kommandiittyyhti, niin saa kysy SS-4:st, EIN:st ja W-8BEN:st, jotain hyvinkin auttaa.
