I try out a lot of new software, so my AV has to work well ! Last week alone it detected and removed 5 new Trojans !! I also backup drive C every week !! (Paragon) Which has saved my bacon many a time  Stuart

Just noticed Metadata/Keyword changes made in LR are not showing up in SS App even after Refreshing ! Even tried restarting the App, to no avail !
They are visible in Explorer though, so LR is writing them to Disc Ok.
I can change said data in SS, and LR alerts me to changes and I can save this new data.
Am I missing something ? Cache problem with SS perhaps ??

LR is not writing metadata in all standards. By default, StockSubmitter is prioritizing EXIF metadata while LR is not writing EXIF.
Try changing metadata reading priority to XMP in the top right corner of the program window.

If you can connect from your computer with another FTP client like Filezilla, then StockSubmitter should be working as well. If it doesn't and FileZilla does - the only possible reason would be different login/password specified in settings.
The login/password are Different in the App and M+ !! the App is correct ! but try as I may I cannot get M+ to agree !? It just resets back to what it thinks is right ?? App = Stu49 + correct password , M+ = email addy + Old password !! I even tried de-activating and re-entering, but to no avail ! The App is working fine :-)

Uploads seem to be stuck Queued uloading to shutterstock. Any news on this??
It's due to their issues with FTP servers.
Please contact their support and tell them you cannot connect to their FTP server.
WE can connect to them !! It's StSub that seems to be having a problem connecting ! ??

Shutterstock has a known issue with their FTP server at the moment.
The only way to resolve it is to contact them and tell them that you can't upload content via FTP. Or just wait, but I don't know how long will it take for them to fix it.
But I myself can upload content via FTP on Shutterstock but it's not going through Microstock plus. Now it's stuck with "Queued"
I can upload fine from StSub app, but only get 'Queuing' via M+

Hello,
Lately I have an issue about "Wrong FTP login/Password" on many sites. When I try to upload content it's just stuck with this status. It started with Colourbox and Alamy. Now it's Shutterstock. I can't upload to these sites now and it's really frustrating. I changed passwords on both Microstock plus and shutterstock and it still doesn't work. How can I fix this issue?

I don't use StockSubmitter for this because I want to keyword my images in Lightroom so I can later find them. I could keep a separate catalog of my stock images, but I like to have the originals keyworded.

Update metadata from file !! when finished keywording in SS It will reorder alphabetically though, not keep priority order as defined in SS ! but all will be there in LR You could then copy to RAW file if required ;-)

The one I like at the moment is this: https://imstocker.com/en/keyworder
It does search multiple agencies and it is easy to select the images that are closest to yours. Then picking the keywords from the ordered list is very smooth. I think you end up with a good selection of keywords and then you can add your own specific ones to that before uploading.

Not StockSumitter ?? I find it very good if using 'RT QuickMeta' and integrates into my workflow nicely :-)

they can get on your T**s at times ! my main rejections are Keywords, even though no one else complains !! return is poor, so I just ignore and get on with the better sites they may pay out one day !?

Everything should be preserved.
The only thing you need to change is to disable master password (if you're using it). Otherwise it'll be a flawless upgrade.
Same here ! but now every time I start SS it says there's an upgrade, which I accept and it completes ok ! When I then start again it says There's an upgrade !! etc.......
