How is this legal? Next, they will start selling us for organs, because we ticked the box for "adobe can change the contract whenever and however it wants". They know we can't afford lawyers with the peanuts they pay us, so they keep scamming us again and again. It's a perfect crime. But if we all chip in, we can hire a team of good lawyers for all of us. Give it a thought.
And what you wish to demand from adobe?

After years of watching my photos being stolen I've decided it's time to do something about it.
I'm trying out Pixsy with some solid smaller infringements to see the results.
For bigger infringements I've contacted a handful of IP attorneys and so far none of them have returned calls. The one attorney I was able to talk to said there was a conflict of interest so he couldn't work with me. Interestingly one of the attorneys I never heard back from was Ed Greenburg who has heavily marketed to creatives.
Anybody have an IP attorney based in the United States you can recommend?

Many companies in various sectors are doing layoffs and Adobe will also join the same very soon.
Though there is a great demand of AI developers. But this sector is entirely new to many people.
People have many responsibilities and it is not easy for person to reset and restart new career.
It takes years of experience to be perfect. And when you become perfect, the requirement is over.
Adobe, Meta, Google, X and tons more are worrying equally.

All agencies should clearly mention a warning just like shuttertsock do with their AI content.
Shutterstock does not review AI-generated content for compliance with Shutterstocks content compliance standards. AI-generated content may not be used to infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, to generate spam, false, misleading, deceptive, harmful, or violent imagery.

"OpenAI has secured a license for access to additional Shutterstock training data including Shutterstock's image, video and music libraries and associated metadata" OpenAI is already questionable on why they trained their model at first place to create a tool which can further create unlimited generations. We as a contributor gave permission to sell our works. We were never asked by anyone, nor we permitted our stuffs to get trained. I am sure that this 6 years contract might have made millions to shutterstock and contributors might have got nothing.

Whether they like it or not, they've already got a *lot* of AI images sold as stock and unlabelled.
I've seen a lot like that too. And from the Adobe Forums, someone pointed out this portfolio which appears to be AI created but isn't labeled in the title or with the Generative AI tag...

Stock photography is coming to an end has been the most consistent topic on this forum for the last 15 years. And yet, here we are.
You should see facts. Such technology was never build and this AI is something which can create 100s or professional works within minutes. And it is self improving and learning program so it will become more accurate with time.

Today we launched a new tool to create keywords, titles and descriptions on stock photos automatically.
This technology has been around for a while, but for our workflow, there were no tools out there that fit into our workflow. For example, tools were limited to only producing keywords (not titles and descriptions), and they lacked manual control.
We've built this new tool to fit into a workflow where you can easily get AI assistance but remain in control to ensure the metadata accurately fits the concept of your image.
Some of the features we've incorporated to do this:
- After the keywords are populated, you can easily remove/add keywords in the lightweight editor.
- You can qualify/disqualify keywords used for titles and descriptions. Some words might be relevant as keywords but not in the titles. This could be words related to less important elements in the image. Try only qualifying the top 10 most relevant keywords, and you'll get great quality titles and descriptions.
- If you are unhappy with the titles or descriptions, you can regenerate them, and every time you get a new option - you can still choose to go back to one of the previous options.

That's great initiative. I tried this and have some questions. 1- Is this free? 2- Why there is no bulk keywording option, other than one by one? 3- Where are images stored? I have personally tested it with multiple works and found that the accuracy is only 40%, moreover it is also not following minimum words limited in titles. How can this be fixed?

There is actually no such robust and high end software(s) other than the apps of Adobe Creative Cloud. I have experimented on many but have reverted back. So good luck to you.
