Review times may go on quite a bit longer then we would like during Dash For Cash, but no worries-if they were submitted during the promotion period, and as long as they are eventually approved, you will get paid for them.
I don't think we are too concerned about getting paid for the Dash for Cash images, as I believe you will honor your commitment for this promotion. But unapproved images don't earn money for us on a daily basis...I think this is why everyone is concerned. Dash for Cash may be clogging up the queue even more than it already was.
I'm waiting from May 5th and still nothing here... Other concern: reviewers who think it's fair to push the "Other concerns. Unfortunately, we feel that the addition of the images to the monitors takes away from the usefulness/versatility of the image for our customers." button to reject bunch of 50+ images... All for images accepted by SS, IS, DT, FT...

I like Cutcuster and I really appreciate kindness and courtesy of John Griffin. I root for them to have success but... almost 2 years, 800+ images and 1 sale...
I'm not the most talented photographer around, that's clear. But, to make a comparison, I've uploaded same amount of images on DepositPhotos six months ago and now I have 10 sales. Little money but something moving, at least...
Maybe with some more advertising...

I addressed these issues with DT SEO and actually got a slightly unpleasant email back. I was very surprised by this. Ups. Being unpleasant with Yuri: not the best move I've seen...

Many people are using NASA images which are not copyrighted if that's what you are asking. That's why you will see the same/similar background maps in so many images.

Recent globes and maps are usually covered by copyright, but there are ways around this.

Hello everybody, maybe you've already talked about this theme but I can't find a topic like this before.
How do you deal with maps of world or single continents or countries?
I mean: every stock agency has a lot of images with representations of whole world or maps. But everything is free? No copyright here?
I know that the question can seem bizarre, but I wouldnt want to work on a map, and five minutes later discover that the guidelines on stocks are changed and that you can only use, to make an example, the maps of google but you can't use the ones of yahoo...

And, of course, no sales and 9 views on a portfolio of 259 images.
Ok, I can be still a newbie, I don't have a great portfolio and so on.
