I only wonder if these products really sell. Any experiences so far?

I only have a small store so far on zazzle and I've made two sales, one of which was something I bought so I could check quality. I think others with larger stores are reporting sales.

I am happy to report I bought my own calendar on zazzle and it got here quickly, was packed well, and the quality of the printing is excellent.

Looks great! I have started my shop in the meantime, I have tons of ideas and even more photos. The weather is terrible here so no way to produce some new work but this is a nice thing to work out during these rainy and stormy days

Just got paid for last month and had asked support to check that my EL sales were legitimate. All seems to be fine. :)

Yes, they were fine, got paid too! :)

I hope we get to keep them. :) I was bit concerned that the sales might be due to fraud but haven't really heard that 123RF has problems like that. Cross our fingers.

Yes, I had the same thoughts since this happened to me before on 123 and it happend a few days ago on Imagevortex, but I kept them all and hope yours were ok too.
It's weird that these refunds occur, afterall it's the risk of the seller: if a normal shop has to deal with fraud etc they can't go to their supplier either.

Does this mean we will gett a whopping 12.5 cents per DL?

That was my first thought too. I checked their forum again and all I saw were complaints. I wonder how long they will exist from now on.

After 2 months I received a "sign" from Crestock. They are busy rejecting files again....I quit uploading to this agency: it took over two months to review my files - that became bestsellers on other agencies in the meantime - and all were rejected. They are not worth all the work with their picky attitude and poor pay out percentages.

270 files pending, the first one since early september. I will upload till I have 1000 files pending. Does anyone have the same experience or are yours reviewed from time to time?

Hahaha, very funny.
I was about to delete my portfolio there when I noticed yesterday two sales (5 euros each) which brought me a total of around 35 euros and so my first payout there...

I was also thinking about deleting my account, then decided to check this forum to find out if anybody ever had a sale. I have 387 files there, more than dreamstime etc but NO sales....
How can you check if your files are on those third party sites? I guess my files are only available on a local site in Innvikfjorden....

StockXpert.com / Re: Do they still need new images?

My first batch was reviewed within 24 hours, the next 4 uploads took about a week but I contacted them and those were reviewed instantly: just coincidence or what?

So I've been on 123RF for about 1 1/2 years with no ELs but in the last week I've had 2 EEL sales and 1 PEL sale. Does this seem strange to anyone? Sounds too good to be true.

Congratulations with your sales! I'm on 123 for exactly one year and the last ten days I sold 4 PEL's, 1 EEL and 1 CEL. I couldn't believe it either but it seems people just like our work!

the only thing that's not a problem for them is rejecting! All images I submitted do very well on other agencies but were rejected by Crestock. One sale so far so no pay out problems but 202 files pending. I have some good selling Christmas images, will the be online by easter, if not rejected of course ??? ???

I just found the amount of 1 (one) dollar on my account: 2 small sales so there is some light on the horizon!

I can't sign in for days now and their upload system sucks!

LIttle views, no sales.

I do a lot better on the Big 6.

I'm giving them to end of month. Same for many other lesser sites.

Waste of upload time and follow thru.

A.

Same here: two months on Canstock, a few views but not a single sale. Smaller portfolio on two of the big six agencies bring in money every day. If things do not chance, I quit because it's a waste of time.

Good to know that sales happen sometimes.... I upload here since a month but nothing sold. Lost of files were rejected because "they are not suitable for stock". Funny that these are bestsellers elsewhere :) :)

Newbie Discussion / Re: uploading to multiple sites or not?
« on: September 25, 2009, 18:19 »
My advice is uploading to multiple sites: some site reject files that become bestsellers on others. Some sites have unlimited uploads, other limit you to 5, 10 etc a day. There are also geographical benefits: people in Europe would prefer an European based agency, Americans pick and American etc etc. Too bad my Chinese is still very poor. I read somewhere that this is a booming market:)

Newbie Discussion / Re: Repeated rejection from iStockphoto
« on: September 25, 2009, 18:15 »
I'm still waiting for the results of my 1st application (3 weeks ago....) but when I read the story I think it won't be the last. I submitted 3 bestsellers, various topics: one studio shot, a model and one conceptual.....Let's wait (some more weeks?) and see

Just  sold  my  first  pic  on  BS  Sept  4th.  Just  hope  this  won't  go  like  Snapvillage   when  they  did  thier  thing  with  Veer.  My  pics  were  gone  for  good  on  that  one.

I had the same experience but send them an email and got my pics back.....but not that $.5 of the single sale I had:):)
