I am also not a top contributor, but for sure I will only upload JPG versions of my vectors to SS and vectors to all other agencies hoping they will change back everything soon (and then I will upload my vectors too).

You can see the file and the metadata after you upload, you can also edit it, and after you can submit for review. I hope that was the question.

"making uploading vectors and earning money easier than ever"  I hate these kind of exciting news.. Whenever I see e-mails that start like this, I know something is wrong. Do agencies really think contributors can be fooled with this? It is obvious that uploading will be a pain in the ass, so who are they trying to fool? I am sorry this is not exciting news and uploading will not be easier at all. I hope shutterstock will listen to contributors and abandon this "exciting change".

After over 19 months of waiting for earnings to be cleared (they are still not cleared) now I am waiting for more than one week for a human reply (not the robotic one they send) to see if I will ever have those earnings cleared. I don't know if I should laugh or cry. 
Oh, that's very 7nusial. You might not always get the answer you want, but you usually get a prompt reply on weekdays. Try again?
I already sent another mail after one week, so I'll just wait. I'm getting really good at this (waiting).

I guess some people are really hard to please.
I don't get why is it soo important to get e-mail notification in the exact moment the sale happens? Can someone explain what is the use of that? Maybe I am missing something.
There are no e-mail notifications at all on most of the other sites, and I don't see anyone complaining.
I still find AS one of the most contributor friendly sites.

I have uncleared sales since august 2017. I was just wondering what to do about this. I guess I should contact them. Or wait to see if I can reach the 2 years waiting period and brake some record.

I also sell on canstockphoto. Lately it has some nice 5$ sales and overall it's performing better than dreamstime (for me)

Maybe it works differently for photographs, I am an illustrator and I got several custom work requests through shutterstock (I put my e-mail in my profile description).
I don't do any other marketing, no website or FB or insta just a twitter account for doing automated tweets whenever I had work accepted. Some customers also contacted me through that.
That's a great idea to put email in profile description although it does feel a bit bending the company rules since they don't want us to deal direct with customers. Has anyone else done this on SS?
I saw many artists having their contact info (personal website or e-mail) in the profile description, and I have my info there for 10 years. I don't think it's forbidden. Customers contact me if they want a custom illustration not to buy already existing content.

I am a vector illustrator for Adobe Stock. I just received an email from them stating that I have won "Creative Cloud Photography Plan Giveaway" for a 1 year subscription plan.
I think this don't benefit me at all since I am only using Adobe Illustrator CC, and never use anything related to photography software. Am I wrong or misses something?
They should award me with a free 1 year Adobe Illustrator CC subscription plan, then I would be very happy

The image I have reported was deleted today (and also some images that others I have managed to contact reported) but the portfolio is still online. It's pretty disappointing to see people can get away so easily with this kind of "practice"  . I PM-ed Matt but he just told me to file the DMCA.

The portfolio is no longer on shutterstock, but still online on adobestock (2 weeks after reporting). In the meantime I found several other artists' stolen work in this port (some of them I managed to contact so they also reported it). I wonder how much longer will it take...

I am sorry to hear that, but at least my post was not in vain.
I have also found more stolen vectors in this port (with google reverse image search), but could not find the contacts of original artists.
Please report those from adobe stock also (even if you are not a contributor there).
It might be worthwhile to PM Mat Hayward here on msg.
I don't know how Adobe handles this, but some sites are reluctant to take action unless an actual infringed author makes the complaint rather than someone pointing out this sort of anomaly.
AFAIK on all sites you have to be the infringed author to complain (otherwise they do nothing). In this case I reported mine, Dog-maDe-sign will report his (hopefully) and when I have a bit more time, I will try to find contacts to others again.
Fair enough; but from what I've read here, Mat seems to be a decent bloke, and can get things done quickly.
