this is a question to other Italian microstockers.

I have a "partita iva" so I have to create an invoice for each payment that I receive.

Where do you send your invoices then? Do you send a copy to the corresponding agency?

What do you do?

Anyone have tried Vidli?
It's in a "beta" phase, I've requested an account but they didn't activate it yet.

Anyone already have a beta access into it?
It claims to be a "video licensor", a place to buy, sell and rent videos, and I'm just curious to see how it works!

On which mid-stock agencies can I upload the same images that I'm selling in other micro-stock agencies? (shutterstock, fotolia, bigstock, dreamstime, stockxpert, 123rf, featurepics, canstock)

I don't have time to build up a different portfolio, but I want to give a try to mid-stock.

I'm planning to create a (very)small website to let download live music photos for free (with a creative commons license).
I'm know some basic php and mysql, but i'm far from create something like that from scratch, so i'm looking into some cms (like Gallery2, Zenphoto, Coppermina or similar) to put my hands on.

have you got any experience in that?
any suggestion?

I'm looking into a cms with (hopefully all) these features:
- 3 level registration ("designer" who can only download images, "photographer" who also can upload and the "holy reviewer") (any photographer and reviewer must have an admin activation)
- images reviewing system
- comments and ratings
- auto thumbnail generation
- only registered users can download full-res images
- unregistered users can only see watermarked low-res images (so to download an image you have to signin and accept a CC license)
- ftp support
- exif/iptc support
- fancy stuff like: picture of the week, most downloaded, most viewed, top rated, editor's pick

I've got a lot of editorial concert shots, and obviously they are all noisy (during a concert it's frequent to shot at 800iso or even 1600iso).
I've got also a lot of "low-light-noisy-shots" (it seems a light film grain, not too much disturbing)

where can i upload and sell that shots?

photos that you send to macrostock agencies (like Alamy) must have exclusivity? or you also sell them as a prints? or maybe on microstock site il lower resolution?

I like a lot that they give you a personal comment on every photo you submit, even on approved photos! These comment can let you shot a better photo next times!

...the only problem is that they have very few customers
