I am still not able to log in at Istock. Am I the only one!! I have contacted support but with no feedback. I can't even comment in their forum thread on this subject. Very frustrating!
I thought it was just happening to me !! I have been going crazy all night changing my password. Still having the same problem and still can't log in! Very frustrating
I have about 60 images there(not very much) for about a year and have sold one. If I would see more activity on that site I would upload more photos. I find it very dead.
Try cleaning the contacts between the lens and camera with a soft micro cloth like Aquilegia stated and restore the defaults through the menu system. It happened to me with my Canon 30D. I called Canon support . They guided me through these steps and within the hour it worked perfect. Most likely it has something to do with the contacts between the lens and camera.

I have not been able to log on for about 4 days now. I have Firefox 5.0. I deleted network cache, cookies and even went for help on Firefox forums and still no solutions. Not quite sure what to do now.
I love Shutterstock! Sales are fantastic! Easy upload and review time is reasonable. I think of all the sites I upload to Shutterstock feels like home the most!
