Nicely scratched and battered. It only took 4 days!
Great pic of a small waterfall.
In case no one noticed, Opla sent out a 4x6 photo, with a descriptive line down the middle to break the card up, which is fine with postal regulations as a postcard. Yes, the machines mangle everything on an equal basis. His photo may have made it through better than my dye-sub Selphy prints on "postcard" paper. I'll find out today, since I mailed myself one for tracking.
Just something to keep in mind if you are ever on the road and want to send someone a quick photo postcard. Take the shot. Go have it printed 4x6 at some corner store, draw a line down the middle, text on the left, postage and address on the right. There you are! Under 20c probably. The postage is more than the card! 
Hey, they cost me 32 euro cents a piece! And the line in the middle was accidental. I had 15 glossy and 15 matte printed, just to see what would work better. The glossy's had the text printed down the middle of the long sides, the matte ones had it printed perpendicular to it. I sent the glossy's to all of you, and a matte to one. Anyway, hope they all arrive!

^ and ^^ thanks, glad you liked it! Looking forward to your cards. I would have thought the rest of Europe would have received my cards before you. You never know, some might have gotten their postal codes messed up  I'd hold off sending my fellow countryman a card for now  .

Now I have the Spyder 3 elite. I use dual monitors, the calibration is miles better than what I did manually and a little better than the cheap one. The 2nd monitor has a very slight magenta cast even after calibration. I tried dozens of times to get them the same and cant.
Same for me here, except there is no slight magenta cast on the second monitor. It looks positively pink I've been at it for days, very frustrating.

Graag gedaan mijnheer So, it took 2 days to fly all the 67 km. Got my own card yesterday, 1 day after sending it, not too scratched at all. UFO's, great! And congrats on the reading

um... if you have the post cards printed and labeled you are obviously not a procrastinator. I was feeling proud that I got the address copy and pasted to my computer.
