But if the best match does not change, only those with historical good sales are seen. The new ones will most likely be buried.

It doesn't sell anymore because the landscape has changed. Haven't sold any in at least about 2 years.

Is it only me?
When the best match does not change for a long time, and your most downloaded files are always on the top, it can be a blessing or a curse.
Unfortunately for me, the most downloaded clip has a very specific location, and the landscape has since changed. I wonder if it explains my slow sales at P5.
I am toying with the idea to have this clip deleted. What do you think?

I also sold one clip for over $100, but not from P5. The review team is great and very fast, but only one sale for nearly a month.  Must be something wrong with me.

I use VideoMach, it's not free. No problem with 4K, importing or exporting. However, I don't upload video to Getty.

Why is there an assumption PC cannot do ProRes? All my clips are ProRes and processed in a PC.
You just have to shop for the right software.

January and february 2018 update on my account: shutterstock sales in these 2 months - 27 sales and a lot of days till the end of february (more than 1.000 usd). Pond5 sales in these 2 months ...6 sales (less than 180 usd). Is there any reliable explanation?
I share your pain. I feel the same. If you don't get many sales with a large portfolio, guess I have to feel lucky that I get sales at all.

I am mostly interested in seeing how the keyword section works. Now you metioned sync, I am checking again. My last sale was on Dec 31, 2017. Does it mean that the sync is working?

Wonder how I should use DM's keyword section.
When I am in the keyword page, the sub tabs including DL, Last DL, $, ... and so one, only shows 0, or 0.00%. I am sure it was my mistake.
What is the correct way to use the feature?
My second questions is, even though I was able to upload, DM show "Error: could not log in to Account Management. Check your credential..." What does it mean? What am I supposed to do?

According to Sony's Privacy Policy website, birthday is not a requirement: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/network/legal/privacy-policy/Sony's support really is not very useful, and the employees and supervisor won't provide any more contact info such as their legal department or people at higher level. This policy actually prevents some customers, such as moi, to buy their apps.

My sales are not that great either. It does seem to decline, even though I have made a lot of efforts to increase my port to over 1000. I only got about 2 sales in Nov and one in Dec., and has got none for January 2018. Is it possible to switch one image in DM to the editorial folder? The image was initially submitted as regular stock photo, the curator wants it to be editorial. I cannot locate the original image in my many hard drives. Thanks.
Yes, it's possible: right-click (or ctrl-click if on Mac) the file in the DeepMeta file list and select "Move", to move it to a new batch, which you can set as Editorial.

Hi Franky, thanks for the reply. I clicked to move, and the file is deleted. Perhaps I made the wrong click. Actually the image has been moved to upload folder but no longer in its original folder, nor editorial folder. What did I do wrong?
