Hi Franky,
Is it possible to switch one image in DM to the editorial folder? The image was initially submitted as regular stock photo, the curator wants it to be editorial. I cannot locate the original image in my many hard drives. Thanks.

When you guys talk about big sales, do you mean the money they charge or you receive? Just curious.
In my case, it was the money I received.
I have no idea why someone would have to pay that much, I'm on 20% for Getty sales (like most), so it seems like they paid almost $500. Maybe (?) it was some sort of Getty sale with an EL built in (?), but I have no idea if so.
And that's probably the largest Getty sale I've had, and I've had very few, partly because the numbers of my files on Getty fluctuates madly, they just keep disappearing and reappearing.  iSNAFU.
Thanks for clarifying. That's a big sale for sure! From DM3, I could see I had a GI sale for 207, of which I got $41.

I just cancelled my Payoneer card. I tried to withdraw some cash in Can$ and found out that Payoneer converts my US$ into British pounds and then into Can$. If you make a purchase, even if you were in the USA, a cross-border fee will be imposed.
Besides, there is a monthly fee of $1 or 2 for Payoneer.
At least, when I use Paypal to buy things in the USA, I don't have to pay for the conversion fee or cross-border fee.
So by comparison, Paypal seems better.

I don't really know, my guess is perhaps each month, they allow buyers to see my clips only for a short moment, and then the opportunity goes to someone else. Because sometimes, the sales concentrate on a short period of the month.

Some of my clips, via ftp, have not been processed for a few days. Some smaller sized ones got through. Normally they would have been ready for indexing after a few hours.
I have written to SS, but not sure if I have the correct email address. No reply has been received yet. What is the correct support email?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if Payoneer is better or worse, but Payoneer charges a "cross border" fee no matter where you use it. Its headquarters is in Berlize, the cross border fee applies almost anywhere you use it.

It does not seem to be possible to add keywords from Fotolia anymore.
How can I cut and paste all my keywords in Abode?
Right now, I am entering the keywords one by one. Is there a way I can add the keywords in batch?

Hi Matt,
Pursuant to your instructions, I have created an Abobe account, and it recognizes me as a Fotolia contributor.
The question I have is this, do I need to do anything further? It does not appear that any of my footages are showing.... Does it mean that it will be showing later?
Can I continue to use ftp to upload to Fotolia? Or should I upload to Adobe in the future?

You have to create a new batch and select batch type: "editorial". All images you put into this batch will be treated as editorials. Creative and editorial images cannot be mixed in one batch.
