please, can you tell me if you use Paypal or Moneybookers and how long has been your waiting? Just trying to figure out if the problem may be Moneybookers, since FT is not too much cooperative in telling us what is going on. Remember at DT once there was a problem with Moneybookers and they promptly informed via the site. Drive me mad when i think why FT cannot do the same? is that so difficult?

Just got my first non-subscription sale. DP knows how to take the joy out of even this small win; the email announces that I have a $2 sale, but that's what the customer paid. My earnings are 44% of that. Why not have the email tell me what I made, as Fotolia does? It wouldn't hurt quite so much that way.
I just got a Extended RF License of Fotolia and the email said $100, not the 31% I got.

Had 576 image in the files that need Titles, Descriptions, and Keywords area now that the site is back up they are all in the rejected. Did not even submit them to be rejected.
I emailed support.

Did you include your Folder ID in the remote path?
I tried like this content.cutcaster.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxx for FTP server field ...
I also tried putting /xxxxxxxxxxxx in FTP initial folder when above did not work.

This /xxxxxxxxxxxx is correct. What FTP software are you using? I ended up switching to FileZilla to upload to cutcaster. I was using WS_FTL Le but it did not have a place to put the /xxxxxxxxxxxx

Just had a big batch approved. They accepted 121 out of 122. The one reject was a for a similar photo. That puts me up to 1381 approved and 266 rejected. I still have 1116 images waiting in the Unfinished.
