Hey All, The promotion is part of a pricing system change that is fully explained in our March newsletter that would be reaching you soon, but we would like to clear the air beforehand so that you will have a better idea of it. This was 123RF's previous image price list: - S size: 1 credit
- M size: 2 credit
- L size: 3 credit
- XL size: 4 credit
- XXL size: 5 credit
However, with the introduction of the new "ML size", we've made a following adjustments: - S size: 1 credit
- M size: 2 credit
- ML size: 3 credit
- L size: 4 credit
- XL size: 5 credit
- XXL size: 6 credit
As you can see, all current prices of L size and above are to be sold at an additional 1 credit. In order to address the changes in prices to our client, we are offering them the ability to get the images at the old price before its final implementation, we've decided to run a promotion campaign until the end of March. I hope this clears confusions you might have, and do feel free to PM me if you require any further clarification. Regards, Anglee

Hey Veneratio, There's a table of Audio Pricing towards the bottom of the blog at http://www.123rf.com/blog/blog.php?idblog=b1000254 . The credits will contribute accordingly, if you price a music at 30 credits, we will then add 30 credits to your contributor levels. Regards, Anglee

Hey Carmel12, It is advisable to upload Editorials into the Editorial Folder and process them separately. The main reason is that Editorial content are reviewed at a much faster rate than RF images. Therefore, if your editorial images are time sensitive, it's best to put it in the proper folder so our reviewers can expedite them soonest possible. As for the Editorial's description, please refer to our blog of " Describing and Keywording Editorial Content" for more information. Feel free to PM me if you need further assistance/clarification. Thanks, Anglee

Hey Dan,
Your images will only appear in your portfolios within 5 working days. However, the approved images are searchable on site 48 hours - 72 hours after approval by our reviewers.
Hope this information helps.

Hiya, Have you faved your images on 123RF.com? If you have yet to do so, please follow steps as below: 1) Login to 123RF 2) Go to " Sell Images" under the category of "For Photographers" at the footer. 3) Click " Faved". 4) Select 5% of your total images. 5) Click "Add to Favorite" for those images that you like to Fave. Why is faving important? The simplest answer to this is SEARCH PRIORITY. Your Faved images will display on the first few pages whenever clients conduct a search {thus it can help in promoting your new files}. Regards, Anglee

I'm glad you got it sorted out with support. I have an image count discrepancy that has been going on for a while now, history says I have had 10 images accepted MORE than what shows up in the portfolio. The last upload is all present and accounted for these are 10 older images that are missing from the portfolio and when I contacted support I was ignored.
Good for you to get a response.
Hey Digitalexpression, Please provide your UID to me so that we can check it for you. Thanks, Anglee

I just noticed I have images accepted by 123RF that should but don't have model releases included with them. Does anybody know how I can attach a model release with an image already accepted by 123RF?
Many thanks!
Hey Modviz, Kindly follow the steps as below: 1. Login to 123RF.com2. Go to " More" under For Photographers section at the footer. 3. Click " Releases" and upload the Model Release. Then, you'll be able to see the list of Release. 4. Click on the "Attach photo or detach photo from this release" at the Action Column. 5. Check the "Attach" checkbox on the image you want to attach. Notes: **Once the checkbox is 'checked/unchecked' the information is already been saved. **Click on 'Back to Release Folder' to attach more release. Hope this information helps. Cheers, Anglee
