Hi all,

I'm using only Paypal for all my transactions(it takes about 2 hours to see money on my bank account).
But sometimes I need an additional way to get paid from stock.
On the Skrill website they stated that it takes about 2-5 business days. I was wondering if somebody can share their experience about it. How long does it take to get your money appear on any UK bank account.
Thank you in advance.

Honestly speaking I like DT because of their Credit Sales. But what ever I do it's not give me a reasonable grow at all. Here is my stats:

Online  Refused  Acceptance ratio:        Sales    Revenue     RPD
Sep 12    1        5             16.70%                    21      $29.64       $1.41
Oct 12    1         3             25.00%                    23      $21.89       $0.95
Nov 12    6        7             46.20%                    18      $25.42       $1.41
Dec 12    1        1             50.00%                    17       $21.77      $1.28
Jan 13     7        0            100.00%                   24       $37.33     $1.56
Feb 13    5         3            62.50%                     26       $26.22     $1.01
Mar 13    1        31           3.10%                      18       $21.26      $1.18
Apr 13    5         2            71.40%                     27      $44.16      $1.64
May 13   1         0            100.00%                   26       $44.50      $1.71
Jun 13    15       1            93.80%                     15       $39.53      $2.64
Jul 13     48       3            94.10%                     26       $37.80      $1.45
Aug 13   32      17            65.30%                    26       $46.22      $1.78
Sep 13   52       8             86.70%                    23       $27.08      $1.18

P.S. But what's interesting I got almost the same money this September 2013 and the September 2012. But I almost doubled my port since than. And the closer I'm to the ~95-98$ to paid out the longer it takes to get to 100$.
Interesting, I've uploaded very little in the past year and have made more this month than September 2012.  It does look like your overall earnings have increased in recent months, it could just be a blip this month.

They seem to be rejecting less now, so I'm starting to upload again.

Hi Sharpshot,
You are right my earnings has been growing till September 2013 on DT(but it's not the money I was looking for to be honest). And without any reason they just almost halved on September 2013. I've been working hard but it doesn't help. The problem for me is that I'm doing mostly 3d renders. And the rendering takes a lot of my time especially on brushed metal concepts. It could be 2-4 hours to render 4K image.   :(

I have no PP sales at 4,10,11,17,20,21,29,30,31. Usually I have only one day without PP sales. I think they are not finished yet

I did close my Veer account some time ago. And they sent me my money which was approximately 9.80$ or something similar.

I've been working hard and waiting for a good September. But so far it's not what I was expecting. I hope this week it will pick up.

Good sales to all.

Dreamstime.com / Re: Are DT sales being updated?
« on: September 13, 2013, 09:14 »
I had two sales on 11th and 12th. But one thing I mentioned that's some times. I see a sale but the keywords are not even closer to what it should be. I meant really something completely different. And it looks like that new uploads makes no changes to the monthly income (maybe only 10$ difference which is nothing). I like DT to be honest but not money-wise. The monthly income is not growing respectively new uploads at all. And now more and more 0.35 cents downloads I see on my stats.

a lot of people leave istock all the time. For very good reasons.
it doent matter, they recruit others, there are rats enough in the ratrace.

and the exclusives cannot leave, they are prisoners.

I absolutely agree with you. But this strategy will not give them rise in sales.

I
I'm afraid what will happen next is this:
  • Sometime next week the reporting of PP sales in May and June will be officially declared to be finished.
  • Lobo will thank the fine people in IT for their hard work and close the thread.
  • Contributors will protest because they got approx. 5% of their usual sales.
  • People will be banned from the forums.
  • In October there will be an announcement that the PP payments for May and June were not entirely correct, and that will be rectified in the immediate future.
  • In December contributors will ask what exactly "immediate" means in this context.
  • People will be banned from the forums.
  • In February 2014 contributors will receive a lump sum in their accounts, no detailed statistics will be given.

Thanks for listening to my personal conspiracy theory  ;D

Unfortunately it looks like you might right.

But if it happens than a lot of contributors will leave IS that's for sure.

P.S. Prosperous company is not cutting they price by half and promoting it on the main page

Hi tickstock,

Thank you for the link. Which I've been reading since it's started.
But I'm confused, why some people has already reported that's they had one or two PP sales.

The same for me very bad sales.:( I had my last footage sale on 06-06-2013. It's more than a month ago. At the beginning I was so excited about Pond5. But now I'm not so sure about it. It's sad

Hi Eco,

I had a similar issue for about a month ago. And what I was told that's the client downloaded a file which was already bought previously by him.

P.S.  My last video sales was 18 days ago. :(

Hi

I just add some small thing that's I'm using a lot(It's useful for isolated objects if you've got rendered image sequence from any 3d software like Maya, 3dsmax or other into *.tga or *.tif RGBA):

How to get a Grayscale Alpha "Lume" from image sequence(*.tga RGBA)

Code: [Select]
ffmpeg -i image_name.%d.tga -vf "[in] format=rgba, split [T1], fifo, lutrgb=r=minval:g=minval:b=minval, [T2] overlay [out]; [T1] fifo, lutrgb=r=maxval:g=maxval:b=maxval [T2]" image_name_alpha.%d.tga
