the way i was told to put IPTC metadata to eps is using adobe illustrator, by FILE -> file info, same path as what you do in photoshop for jpg.
but i notice that some eps works and some don't..i am not sure why. it is just disappeared after saving. I found there is too many jobs for that since most agency accept JPG IPTC that uploaded together with eps.
By the way, i think there is a bug that in BIGSTOCK that if you didn't upload JPG with eps, the system may not be able to generate sometimes. 'image being generated' will display instead of the image preview.
Hope that bigstock can work on solutions that read IPTC data from JPG that upload together with eps.

I am lucky to have first sales in my cutcaster after uploading like 30 images. But due to new to cutcaster i am not familiar with their system. I got an bid offer from buyer to ask $4 for a vector that listed as $14.45 by cutcast algorithm. I accepted the bid and the sales are done. I realise that i only got paid $1.60 out of $4 sales. anyway, it is a sale. thanks cutcaster too.

so has it started? i am lucky just got approved today. Since the first 10 images are submitted as jpg, i am thinking to resubmit them as vector eps, do i need to request veer marketplace to remove those jpg duplicate?

did anyone successfully embed IPTC into eps format? some of eps files just lost the data after saving.
it is really inconvenient to upload eps since without reading IPTC.

oic..i think the exclusive is just 1 year, so it may be able to sell on other website after 1 year? but i am sure the assignment isn't attractive to some contributors.

i notice something is wrong with zip eps uploading too, i found out that i am not able to choose 'categories' during the uploading process.

Hi All,
Do you join dreamstime assignment contest?
if you got an image or illustrations that can win the cash awards, let's say the minimum third place $100, will you join it? do you think it may earn more if that image or illustration is that good?
Personally i just join it for fun, i got an illustration accepted last time but still unsold.
want to hear from you what is the pros and cons of that assignment..
as i always choose escalated to level 5 since $25 isn't a lot.
what is your opinion?

Hi All,
the bigstock informs that the IPTC data should put in the eps format, in order to get their eps vector upload system recognised it. But i encountered problem that some eps files are okay to keep the IPTC but some some eps files just failed to keep the data. Data will be disappeared if i open with AI again.
Anyone had similar problem? i wish they are able to read IPTC from the JPG uploaded together with eps.

the bigger the better? and use raw+jpg? i think there are some website that you can upload raw files as additional format (dreamstime), but i am not sure is it sold as higher price.

I had ten files all rejected by 'media files rejected', i got replied by supports saying it is a problem in system. Do i need to upload all of them again.

I had a small porfolio in stockxpert before and it went as part of thinkstock, and i got little $ every month, but still more than 123rf and bigstock..

i have a post in my blog about what microstock website to start.. http://bobobuha.wordpress.com/2010/04/19/microstock-website-big4-2/one can stop to read around what website for beginner.. because there is no much argument.. dreamstime first, since no test is required and upload directly even though it is not top sales. Followed by shutterstock, istock, fotolia.. when you have enough time for other website then try the rest.
