Hi all, I am starting my own micro stock site, yes I know its hard, I'm gong up against mega million dollar outfits etc, but it's fun and my site is finished looks great and I have a killer domain name Anyway, what I need are Terms and Conditions to display when a user registers on the site, also a Privacy policy and Model release form that I can use, are there any generic templates I can use and modify? i found this but not impressed really, https://termsandcondiitionssample.com/Anything else I may need in that department? Thanks for reading Leigh

I have noticed a few of my photos once uploaded and on the site look a bit dull and desaturated when compared to how the original looked on my computer, anyone else noticed this? Or is it just me?

Thanks for all the replies, I have adjusted the image and re-submitted, ill let you know what happens, to be honest I have not calibrated my new monitor yet I do own a spyder pro so ill have a go. I have another question, when saving in photoshop there is the option "Embed color profile" should I tick or not?

I'm interested to know how DT review images, is it a panel of people that vote or are images assigned to individuals, are the reviewers pro's, student's etc. I'm just curious as I had this photo refused at DT but accepted on BS, DT said it was rejected due to poor lighting conditions, any opinions on the lighting (looking to learn here)

Thanks Jo, I have been thinking I need more shots that are set up with stock in mind, time to dust of my studio kit (even if it is an eBay cheepie )

I seem to get any photo with a shallow depth of field rejected, so now I only submit pin sharp images, can be very frustrating but just keep at it
