I use it on my macro lens, but not on my regular lens. I kept getting a bit to close without the hood on my macro

*Hanging my head* my overseas ones went out today and the states ones will go out tomorrow. Had a bit of a family situation that put me behind. Now I'm rushing to get things done before Wednesday and my next situation starts (my daughter getting her tonsils out).
So again, sorry for the delay but they are going now! 130
Alamy.com / Re: Submission nightmare!« on: March 07, 2011, 09:07 »
Generally their review process is better than the average site in terms of speed. I submit one batch at a time, between 15 - 25. I wait until that one is through to do the next one. I had heard previously that whatever is in the queue waiting to be inspected is considered one batch which is why I'm careful.
Sorry for your experience. 131

The rough edges around the bottom of the ribbon is what got you nailed. Unless the wand is set to 1 or 2 you arent going to get perfect edges.

Newbie Discussion / Re: Improper image isolation« on: February 28, 2011, 14:51 »
I am not good at isolations. Wanted to say that first. I'm thinking that they are seeing the background as beige or off white and in traditional isolation the background is pure 255,255,255 white. If you want isolations on something other than white, I think it needs to be a color far from white so as not to be interpreted as bad lighting. Hope that helps.

Panthermedia.net / Panthermedia commissions question« on: February 21, 2011, 19:18 »
I've check through the forum and haven't found an answer.
When uploading to PM, at the bottom it asks if your at 50% or 30% based on who else you upload too. If they are equal or grater than 49.90 euros for an ext a large license, then 50%. so, if I upload to the bottom tier, do I check the 30% box? For whatever reason, I'm having a blonde day and just can't wrap my head around this question Thanks for the help! 140

So glad for you that the agencies are handling it. Yes, he added background, etc, but d*mn, that is just all kinds of wrong to copy someones stuff. Good for you for catching it. People like that need to be banned. Good luck with the rest of the sites.
