in the tax form. What do you give for the UK please? NI number? As a UK citizen I don't even seem to qualify for an ITIN or EIN or whatever the given options are.... UPDATE - NI number.

I recently moved from Italy to UK and have been in touch with chat about: updating the info (address etc) in my stock photo Contributor account with Adobe and changing info regarding my Creative Cloud deal (currently being received for free as a long term Contributor). Chat tell me they have cancelled my previous Creative Cloud plan and sent me a quote to PAY for Photoshop Cloud. I do not yet know if they really have cancelled the free account.....! I have not yet paid for the new one. BUT, ever worse they tell me that my Contributor account cannot be updated in any way. The country can never be changed. I need to set up a new account and 'start fresh from there' (I quote). Surely this cannot be right? I need a second Adobe/Fotolia account? Can I even do that? I am still getting income from the Italian one... Please can somebody shed some light on all this..... For now I am keeping the Italian options open, but clearly this cannot go on forever....

So many lately. Maybe their AI (Artificial Intelligence or Absolute Idiot) review system flags this up every time it meets a word it doesn't recognize eg a place or town name. I'd be even more irritated if they were still selling as well as before. Now I tend to just sigh and move on.... But crazy. PS If they don't reject for Title they reject for Editorial. A picture of a road bridge for heavens sake..... Beyond the pale......

Well, it seems that on the last day of 2019 4 sales come through. After nothing for months. Looks like somebody kicked the accounting machine and it finally went and did a reccy. Two were half decent but two were via Getty. These latter 4 cents apiece. So wish we could get out of that Getty deal.

Have I not been paying attention lately...or is this a new thing? LOADS of images on PBay are marked 'sponsored' by SS or Canva. They are still available for free.....

but it only links to the website that says Live Chat isn't working at the moment. Is this forever or just a glitch?

I think this is new! Any thoughts? I found predictions were pretty good but gosh was it slow...to check their suggestions, and then my keywords....

I shoot a fair few insect and bug images and take care to keyword correctly with the Latin names. But when I checked the DT site recently, I found these had gone from keywords, though they remained in title and/or description. Has anybody else noticed this? Is it now normal? Was it always normal and I just didn't notice? Does it matter (given that sales are, in any case, pretty rare occurrences these days) ?

So.....I have selected a bunch of images to edit/upload. Then I get a message that the current batch is full. Fine. But I cannot see how to get the images already selected to go to a different batch - is this not possible? Are they forever linked to the 'full' batch? If it isn't possible to redirect them, then surely it would be useful as you don't regularly see how many images are in a batch until the message arrives that it is full..... On the other hand, I am hoping that there is some cunning wheeze to just redirect them.....

Asking for opinions on a bespoke photo arrangement for clients - rather like the IS custom work I think. Anybody else get it? IS it legit?

Local flower festival...no people....just flowers along the pavement..... Sigh.....
Edited to add: And another one for not translating everything in the image. They are Italian roadsigns. With Italian village names.... Double sigh.....
And now - a fairly general view of a hill village. No big signs, hotel names etc.
ARGHHHHH!

It was there, shortcut and all. Then the shortcut icon disappeared and my computer failed to find the programme. So I redownloaded and reinstalled it. The icon opens a white page as if it is about to do something....then just closes down. Any ideas? Win 10. Version 3 13 4 failing to do anything.

or so it says. Short of inventing extra keywords, does anybody think this visibility lark makes any difference to anything at all?

Grrr....what an irritation. After weeks of being asked 'Do you like this app' each time I log in (despite responding!), I am now faced with a video suggesting I might like to join SS when I try to check my sales. OK, there is a login button in the corner once you see it. But the button will not let me log in. Email and password then: 'We are having trouble processing the data. Please try later'. Just needed a moan but do wish they'd just stop tinkering and focus on getting some sales happening!

but I have just noticed that SS keywords now go in alphabetical order, not the order I put them in. Is this new? Newish? Or have I just been asleep for a long while.......?

From most stuff being accepted to virtually nothing recent being approved (either rejected outright or 'pending cutout' lol!).....
Not to mention the slightly older stuff which is still 'pending review'.....
What a mess.
Guess they barely need their own database now they use IS.
And haven't had a $10 sale for months.
Another one biting the dust.......

Hmmm...virtually impossible to find Canstock via search engine this morning. Reviews of it, questions about it but NO IT! Wonder if all goes well......

OK, Alamy is fairly variable, but I generally get a sale or two a week. But now for 4 weeks now NOTHING. Zip. Zilch. Anybody else found this?
