As we all know it is just part of the business to get random rejections and I can live with that. But in the last view weeks it happend that often for me on panthermedia that I start to ask myself what the reason might be. I get many files rejected on panthermedia which are accepted at the most picky agency. Or even better: My topseller on my topselling agency was rejected in its colored version on panthermedia but they accepted the monochrome version adding an "Redaktioneller Tip". I really had to laugh about that.
So there are some possible explanations for me:
1. There is a bug in the new interface which shows accepted files as rejected 2. The inspection team isn't the best 3. I'm on a black list, because of some critical comments on panthermedias forum and their support
I upload to ten agencies via filezilla. The only one I have regular trouble with since months nowis bigstock. I can't reach the server, or upload is interupted, it tells me something about a wrong password (which is correct) or files are uploaded but are not shown in the editing area. As for me bigstock is the absoult low earner, I really consider to stop uploading there. It is not worth the pain. Does anyone else has the same regular problems?
Since two days I get this message when try to process my uploaded file: "Upload Stopped Sorry to inform that uploads will be temporarily stopped to facilitate a scheduled maintenance of our storage system." I wrote to suppurt but no answer yet. Does anyone else get this message or is it only me?
wow after THREE days they are back ... and ... now it seems that there was NOT ONE sale last month ... this is so embarrassing, so ridiculous, so annoying, so * UNPROFESSIONAL
Can anybody help please: If I ad my Sutterstock-ID in my profile here, the icons under the posts does not lead to my portfolio, but to another one. I do not understand why.
